  • Sorry to hear of your business stress. I find a herbal stress relief available at all high street chemists helps to take the edge off for me. Maybe try a herbalist as they will offer good advise whereas a doctor will just hand out a prescription and you don't want to go down that route.

We are finding times harder than usual at the moment. So much for the Tories making things better! As part of our business is seasonal and this isn't the good season so it should pick up but customers are very fussy at the moment.

You really need your DH to speak to the other directors asap so that everyones on board and to take some of the stress off you. Its nice the kids are understanding, kids are really very adaptable arent they :)

Sorry, it's my silly humour but it sounds like you put her on the washing line to give her lunch :rotfl:

I think maybe you SHOULD just do things when you feel like it NG.

Hi occ, sorry things are slow for you at the moment, hopefully it will pick up soon.I have taken some herbal remedies for stress last year , and anti depressants (not for depression, but a lump in my throat feeling i had). It not too bad at the moment.

Dh has held a directors meeting, staff meetings to follow and then hopefully changes can be made.

Sorry to hear your business is having trouble. I don't know what your business is but think of things that are repetitive in your business and find a way to do them faster with less or even better no people. Systems solutions can save a business a fortune. Things that pop to mind are telephone systems, auto letters, auto invoicing, I love chatting about this sort of thing so if you think I could be of any help PM me. You maybe have an IT geek as part of your business but if you need a sounding board just shout.

I'm currently at risk of redundancy and every job I look at on line that's an admin job I think, nightmare- if put myself out of that job in a week lol

Sorry you are going through rough times with the business. It is never easy letting people go if thats what you end up having to do. Hope you can manage to turn it around somehow.

    .

I would restrict further detail comment on this subject even after the actions are taken.

It is too easy, for even complete strangers, to find you if they wanted.
