Pay off mortgage and start having fun!

Im not struggling to find a reason, but we have already been through the process, plus it is not my descision to make its the directors and ultimatly my dhs. We are not looking to get rid of underperforming staff, but expensive ones. As it stands we have no funds for redundancy, im hoping one member may consider leaving and having their redundancy paid over a few months. But as i said i dont know all the details and its not up to me.

This is the reason i have been holding back, its going to heap even more stress on worrying about it all but having no control.

Dd did very well ad got a c for her AS level, closer to the B cut of than c as well :T very proud as she has worked hard and has surpassed her predicted grade.:D the downside is i shouted her lunch at nandos to celebrate £21 from the everthing else budget !

Dh is at a beer festival at olympia today with my brother the lucky so and so! Im going to:

Clean
Do washing
Check accounts and update challenges
Sell stuff,i said I would earn extra in august, I haven't
Research outdoor fim nights- need to cross off bucket list

Fluid cc £3,495

Santander cc £4,398

Loan £31,120

Total £175,478

Difference paid of £5951 in first four months of 2015, followed by £3,927 from may until now, a yearly total of £9,878 so far.

Finally updated, the loan is added to the total as even though the business is paying its in dhs name, interest is higher but we are still oping the mortgage first as the loan is unsecured. Our situation is not the best so home first everything else second.


Payments would have been higher since may if id not bought eric, still having a major internal struggle with that one, it feels like I would be selling a pet! Have found a diamond\ aquamarine ring dh bought me about 4 yrs ago that I never wear, its still on the h samuels website for £349, I know we paid just £149 for it, I will put it on ebay tomorrow when ive cleaned it up.


Booked one night in a premier inn in bury st Edmunds town centre to visit their xmas market which we love, £54 pay on the day with option to cancel late if we cant go. That's dhs birthday sorted apart from chocolate and beer. Talking of which, the beer festival is going very well judging by the tipsy phone call ive just had, and its only 6pm, it shuts at 10.30 :eek:

Shs was right, dh still in bed!

Dh supposed to be working today, i was taking him to work ashe left the electric van there, he was bringing it home tonight as we were going to drive to leigh on sea for a walk and some chips tonight. Not sure that will happen now, dd doesnt want to work today and so he has said maybe they wont bother. Im not happy.
