My budget for everything started on the 11th , I am trying to keep track of all spending which is easy as its all on the cc.

    So far: £600

£55.92 food (incl party food and more fizzy)
    £67.16 petrol
    £8.35 orange weds cinema
£12.72 pub lunch on dd's birthday
£11.54 2x derren brown dvd's (still cheaper than live tickets :p)

    £444.31 left

    Still to buy:

£48 thorpe park tickets for twins birthday treat (2x friends)
    £30 burgers at thorpe park
    £25 petrol to get there

I am going to allocate £10 a day for food as its the holidays soon, they will eat more, so £2 a day per head. When you put it like that it doesn't sound much

That leaves £71 for entertainment and everything else for the next month, oh dear!

Hi Megala, we did tussauds and the dungeons last year but may well do again this year (although I am a bit scared about the dungeons :o)

Hi greent nice to see you again, how have you and the family been? Will pop and see if you have updated your dairy :D

Today has been stressful, ds2 had another almost fainting spell at school, this time during pe outside in 30 degrees , plus we thought he may have a broken finger as a boy ran into him during a game of softball. So 3. 1/2 hours wait for an X-ray and he has no broken bones. I think the feeling faint was probably due to the pain.

Dh has been at work since 2 am this morning, so An early night is due, i'm off to bed with a cuppa and the iPad to have another look at some days out ideas for the holidays, I posted on the days out board and have a few links to check out, what a lovely helpful bunch everyone is on mse :T

I've been busy today doing lots of balance transfer shuffles. I thought as the loft loan is on 6.4 % that it might be worth transferring even a few thousand to cc's. slightly more risky but as we are on IO with the mortgage I thought its worth the risk.

I have got £4963 on a santander cc @ 0% until may 2014 for a 3% fee so far and possibly a new mbna cc if we are lucky which allows cash to current acct transfers at 0% for a 4% fee. Not fantastic but cheaper than the loan even taking into acct the extra days interest payable if you redeem early.

The other plan is to start stoozing my monthly money onto my nw cc that is now clear(balance clear due to transfer) so I will op the loan monthly by the same amount - £600 plus an extra £450 pm too.

Need to have a look in more detail tomorrow and work to all out properly but hopefully it will save a bit in interest and I can do op's on the loan rather than commit to paying the whole lot off with cc's.

    More shuffles :D

College coach paid for on 0% cc £400 , plus stoozing started.

    Total loan owing today:

    £23,803. Loan
£ 5,231. 0% credit card (consolidated stoozing and old 0%cc)
    £145,970. Mortgage

    £175,004. Total

So as I am making everything so complicated with various debts at different rates, I have decided to simplify it all.

£175k to pay off, so 175 units of £1000 to clear. :D

No idea how long it will take as there are so many rates and terms :o. But with such a large amount owing I thought it would break things down with much more easily achievable targets , I am guessing around 14-15 years or so.

    New signature time yay :j

Today will be a fun day hopefully, I am going to the pub with my best friend for lunch ( last chance before we are over run with kids for summer :p) then tonight it's the cinema to see the worlds end, plus a showing of Shaun of the dead and hot fuzz beforehand, estimated end time 2.10 am  not sure if we will stay awake :rotfl: mum is having the twins overnight as they are too young, plus its a school night , much to their disgust.

Just did my roots with 2x boxes of poundland hair dye and it is great, it didn't washout all the colour as I rinsed it as usual, I am very impressed and will stick to that now.

Ops made the last few days 10p a day, and still no word on the new cc applied for (as recommended by :money:) hopefully we will get accepted and be able to pay a chunk of the loan off with it. Although keeping track of all these repayments and op's will get even more complicated. :D
