    You know what to do;)

You do lots of bouncing to get those contractions... and I'll do lots of bouncing to get bean doing somersaults!!:D

I don't know how effective the ball is as I've been bouncing for hours for days and it doesn't seem to start anything off. I've even DTD and it started things off a little than died off. I've tried spicy food, rlt, epo, clary safe oil, etc! The MW said it's because my cervix is aggravated it's stopping things progressing, how do I stop it bring aggrevated? Speak to it nicely?!

I'm going on an hour journey to middle of no where shortly to OHs mums place, I'm leaving all my hosp stuff here and I don't care!

congrats to pigpen - look forward to hearing more details!

Am back from my meeting, commute was fine, though I just sat in 1st on the train as there were no seats in standard! Meeting was something of a waste of time, as expected - I was really only going on behalf of colleague but at least it killed a few hours! Had a yummy bacon sarnie for lunch and now just getting on with some work. DH is also working from home - hoping the new comp will arrive soon and we'll nip out for a cheeky coffee ;)

Thats a sure fire way to ensure labour starts properly, fingers crossed you're in 'proper' labour for more than an hour so you can get back;) and fingers crossed there aren't too many bumps to drive over:D

krystaltips - where would I find the support group info...google I guess!
Your midwife should know but they're not always very good at that sort of thing... You can try searching on the main breastfeeding support charity pages, Bfn, ABM, NCT and Babycafe all have groups... Or ring the number in my signature... You'll get put through to a local supporter and they generally have an idea of what is available in your area :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Congrats to pigpen - I hope mum and baby are both doing well.

best wishes to MV and Labour vibes for Kitkat.

I am sort of having a lazy day, only doing bare minimum of things needed today but I keep looking around the house and thinking about stuff that needs cleaned or done - definitely nesting even though I have 7 weeks or so to go :)

Thanks krystaltips, I'll ask mw on fri and do some investigations!

I am so bored, have loads of work to do but, frankly, I don't want to do it! If it wouldn't trigger mat leave early I'd just go to Dr and get signed off I think. It's not just that I don't want to do it, but feeling sick and achey all the time I'm not really up to it, though I'm not actually ill. Guess I only have to get through tomorrow then I'm at home friday and next week is another week!
