sir i have definatley noticed a change in the way under my ribs feel now that babys head is down,i feel like i can breathe now, so maybe ur bubs is still high up? although i havent a clue only guessing!

xmas i dont know if they would work on me i cant fall asleep to anthing like that im too nosey and would be listening to the end incase i missed anything :rotfl:

this is disgusting but - my piles have went away (or back in) i dont know :j and i seem to have got regular bowel movements back so i feel much better. i wonder is that anything to do with coming to the end? so i think i may be ok to start taking the iron tablets that i was meant to start about 2 weeks ago. but i swear if they make me constipated again il kill someone

gems asda have their baby event on at the moment so theres some good bargains there. im not really a lover of buying stuff online so sorry havent got much suggestions. oh also someone on here pointed me towards tesco direct (sorry cant rem who!) they had some bargains on blankets etc. boots have lots of johnstons products reduced to £1 aswell.

Hello everyone! I've not posted for ages so congratulations to all who have given birth recently:T:T

Labour vibes for Pigpen, Kitkat and MLSL, and anyone else who wants them.

Funny about the baby positions. At my last appointment I was told mine was back to the right with limbs on the left. Though that midwife said that was OK, it was only back-to-back that was bad. I think mine has moved though since then as I've been feeling limbs on both sides the past few days. My next appointment is wednesday so we'll see what happens then. I remember being told at the antenatal class that gym balls are good for getting bubs into a good position, basically any sittong position that involves sitting straight/leaning forward rather than lounging back in a comfy chair.

I've recently discovered the joys of pregnant fat feet! I keep looking at them as I can't get over how they look!

Quick question on hypnobirthing - as I'm already over 34 weeks is there much point starting it now, or should I have got a CD earlier for it to be worthwhile?

Gems - it probably depends what you're after and I haven't bought much online so can't comment, although I thought Kiddicare always looked good. Better to wait for the more experienced e-shoppers though!

Congrats on he absence of piles dreambirdie :T

Spatone doesn't make me constipated but the tablets do!

My own TMI moment: Does anyone else find that as soon as they eat a cooked meal it has the same effect as a very hot indian or mexican meal?! Or is that just because my body isn't used to cooked food any more :rotfl:

Now I am undecided whether to switch the stuff from the wheeled case to the huge holdall... I am the most indecisive person on the planet I am certain..

Camera charged.. holds a charge for weeks
Phone on charge.. with minimal use should be fine for a couple of days.. though wodner if I should order an upgrade.. hhmmmm..

Chargers will then be placed in bag..

Hi Rach, glad to hear im not alone on the morning sickness coming back!! mine is definatly in the mornings like it was before, finding it a bit hard to manage at work seen as im on crutches due to SPD and cant exactly run to the loo!

Ive got lots of baby things still to buy over the next few weeks, can anyone recommend any good websites as im not really up to proper shopping, which is so sad as i do love to shop!!! :) especially need baby bedding and neutral coloured clothes.
gosh, that's even worse being on crutches too!
I got my bedding from Sainsburys as I had a voucher and some blankets from John Lewis in the sale but Tesco are good. I got the pushchair from mothercare online and a couple of other things from kiddicare...don't forget to check for codes and to go through quidco etc.

I have decided I will take tomorrow off as per advice. Feel bad as I could probably manage as could work from home, but think I just need to relax really.

I must start sitting forward more, I'm not even comfy laying back but do end up doing it!

I'm going to pick up some netmums stuff tomorrow lunchtime which I'm buying and another lovely netmum has put aside a spare cover for the blow up playnest and a lindam door bouncer for me for free. :T

pigpen - I need a new phone, mine is absolutely carp and half the time impossible to have a conversation on as it breaks up so badly! Leave it in the wheely case I say fwiw!

Haven't even thought about my hosp bag yet, though have mat towels etc. Really need a couple more nighties...Peacocks ones are cheap and ok but bit of a hassle to get there!
