xmas lets just hope i can keep up the positive thinking for the next 7/8 wks :rotfl:
rach take it off, if you know your off you may get a better sleep? i always struggle to sleep on sunday nights i think its because im agitated knowing ive to go back to work the next day. so maybe if you "know" your off tomorrow you might be more relaxed. and if your work is anything like mine you wont get any extra thanks for going in, so you may aswell
i think my morning sickness is returning  felt very nauseas the past few days on and off, although its nowhere near as horrendous as it was at the start of the pregnancy.
think i might order a takeaway i cannot be annoyed cooking and if i dont eat it will deffo make this sicky feeling worse!0 -
Well said Xmas and Dream! Think I am actually looking forward to full blown labour as it means I'm closer to meeting my baby
still getting pains but they have eased. Think it must be my bodys way of telling me to slow down as i was all ready to go into work! I did pop in and get work ready for rest of week, so I can relax now!
It's reassuring to know how many of you ladies babies are lay the same way, I honestly thought it was a good position. I will try all fours/ ice cream/ etc but can't see this baby moving unless it builds an extention, there really is no space for it to move!0 -
I'm pretty sure DD1 spent the whole of my pregnancy with her bum under my ribs on the right side kicking me in the ribs on the other... She came out in 3 pushes and nobody ever mentioned her being in an awkward position...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Dream have you thought about getting a relaxation cd i have the hypnotherapy ones and they chill me out so much i always end up falling to sleep. The set is around the £30-£40 mark but you can buy individual ones for about £13. You would probably only need the birthing one and possibly the post natal one. There is a couple of us on here who use them :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

KK. mine is exactly the same.. I have a shoulder firmly wedged on top of my pubic bone which is agony with the SPD.. and I have feet which ram themselves upwards into my ribs and a head which pounds about in my pelvis.. I will be more than glad to get this out!!
I've had 2.5 days of solid contractions every 10-15 minutes.. digestive tract is voided and I feel really battered and bruised..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

My baby is in exact same position too so we are all doomed! :rotfl:
I didn't think this was such a bad position either really - its head down...head down gotta be better than breech!
Hope its not too much longer for you KK.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
welcome Gems. I am due just after you (2nd oct) and my morning sickness has come back a bit too...it's not really in the morning, never was early on either, more at teatime and in the evening!
Hi Rach, glad to hear im not alone on the morning sickness coming back!! mine is definatly in the mornings like it was before, finding it a bit hard to manage at work seen as im on crutches due to SPD and cant exactly run to the loo!
Ive got lots of baby things still to buy over the next few weeks, can anyone recommend any good websites as im not really up to proper shopping, which is so sad as i do love to shop!!!especially need baby bedding and neutral coloured clothes.
Baby No.1 due 27/9/10

DH just got a great bargain for me
I asked him to pop in Sainsbury's on his way home from work to get me some Lansinoh nipple cream while it's half price. Should be £4.97 at the moment, but the label on the shelf said £2.07. So he queried this at the till and the assistant went and had a look. Looks like the cream was on the wrong shelf, but since the shelf said £2.07 they sold it to him for that price :T
Labour vibes to those in need. I need to get my finger out and get hold of some hypnobirthing CDs since my options for pain relief are limited. And it'll be just my luck that someone else will be in the birthing pool when its finally time for Flump to be evicted. You can do anything, make anything, dream anything. Really weird but my baby is lying head down with its back to my right side too! Couple of weeks ago it was fully back to back so it has turned round a bit. I thought it was a much better position for baby too as it is now 1/5 engaged! The problem i was told is if its to the side sometimes it cant get engaged as cant get head down properly.
My midwife recomended the rocking on all fours and also sitting on the gym ball to get it to turn.:j0 -
Evening ladies
Good luck KK I hope things move quickly for you.
((hugs)) Rach hope you get some time off.
Feeling exhausetd, woke up before 6 again and bubs kicking away plus busy day at work on my feet training - only 4 more days though!!
I have no 'official' idea re where bubs is as no-one at any appointments has told me.m/w at 28 weeks was dizzy and last appointment was with GP at 31 who all he said was 'he is comfy in there'. I think though due to the pressure in my ribs he is up in my rib area but will see at next appointment next week.Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces
