edit - sorry, had to post and run for a minute.

Pigpen - you know what is the sensible thing to be doing for your own health - this is about you just now and how your body is behaving but pretty soon the way that your body behaves will have a bad effect on the baby.

Best wishes whatever you decide to do. xxxx

Well, I'm back from the hospital in one piece! Although not for long.... Sorry to those above me in the list, but I'm queue jumping! The munchkin's growth has slowed right down, in the last 2 weeks he's only put on an ounce, so I'm going in Thursday morning to be induced

I'll be 34+4 which is a bit earlier than I would have liked, he's estimated at 4lb7oz so he'll be tiny. It's a bit weird thinking that by the weekend I'll have a little boy. :T

Pigpen, I know you're probably sick of people telling you what to do, but please try and go in. I know I don't post a lot, but I'm an avid lurker so I know how much you've helped others, let them help you!

Durham my second was born 4lb 13oz at 35wks he was perfect though just a little small so try not to worry to much babies are harder than we give them credit for. I hope everything goes smoothly for you on thursday :-) x

.. I'm not going.. simple as.. it is my decision and that is that.

So what are you going to do? At what point exactly will you go in?

Thanks, I won't pretend I'm not terrified but they were adamant that he had to be born PDQ. The midwife even phoned the consultant while she was on holiday in Norfolk to check what to do!

Hmmm yes i was thinking the same i think PP you need to quit with the churlish, petulant brat act and do the right thing for your family and your unborn child, if of course it is as bad as you say as i do wonder if i would be sat on PC whilst bleeding horrifically through my pregnancy.
Also as for the mental health they will break down your door and they will section you believe me it does not take much and you will also end up then with potentially all your children and your baby on the at risk register.
Is you gettting your own way worth it?

I just popped back to let you all know, someone has posted a great deal for a Widgey nursing pillow on the Grabbit board. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2622857
