lol xmas i had to laugh at those black bits aswell.
catwoman those scans are amazing they are really clear!
sir monster my bump always seems to be active from the minute i go to bed until i get up in the morning, then someone told me that means the baby has their days and nights mixed up  hopefully they were talking out their ar*e lol
star it seemed to take ages for me to get a proper bump, i think it was because i always had a large "beer" belly anyway so that just seemed to get harder and more raised up. you will have a bump in no time then you'll be cursing because no clothes fit :rotfl: its carp but i now offically live in my leggings
im getting a KFC instead of a sunday lunchi cant wait.
hope everyone has a lovely lazy sunday0 -
thanks smartie - no it wasnt me before asking the question. On my form under the child tax credits its says
child element for children xxx
family elements - basix xxx
total for period xxx
the basic amount for me is £547.50 so just under the £548 that is needed if its just that alone. i guess i could try anyway as cant do any harm, other than raise my hopes a little!
I've actually just grabbed my form whilst waiting for food to cook.
Under my Child Tax Credit title I have a section entitled CHILD ELEMENTS FOR CHILDREN
It names DS then "1 qualifying child" and them how much I get for the year.
It's this number you need to look at (or numbers in your case) If it comes to MORE than £547.50 you should be entitled.
If not you should be entitled AFTER bubs is born.BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
thank you very much for taking time out smartie. that sounds great i will print form out and fill in. cant send it off for a few more weeks but no harm in getting it ready. MW has already put wrong date on HIPG form so will need to wait an extra few weeks for that or get another form from her. money worries were keeping me awake last night but hopefully things should sort themselves out in the next few months - just got to hold on till then. Thanks againMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Dream my baby seems to move constantly now - the sonographer couldn't get him measured easily at my scan as he was wriggling so much. Everytime I stop moving he seems to start!
Right, off to look at more prams/travel systems today!0 -

Hopefully things have progressed for her and she'll be getting mummy cuddles about now!

Is it worrying that I'm 33 weeks and quite possibly losing plug??
Don't want to tell the midwives later:o
Oooo better have some food before I go!:)
I dont think it is anything to be alarmed about yet smartie unless you are getting other signs of impending labour. It is possible for the plug to renew itself during pregnancy i never knew this until i was carrying the last one and my came away at least twice before the actual event. It may not even be your plug :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
Hi ladies
Rach - see your GP about a referal. Sounds not right to me.
Smartie - good luck later
Xmas - very funny photo! Is it masking tape?!
Emmsy - sorry you're having a carp time at the moment. It must be tough. I haven't got anything productive to say I'm afraid other than to make sure you look after yourself and be very selfish
Well, I finished work on Thursday, soooooooo relieved! Have been sleeping pretty much ever since! Actually that's not true at all, had my hair done, quite short and blonde and had my best friend's hen do last night too - really enjoyed it but my SPD is telling me off today (bothered? Me? Na!). My next goal is to actually get to her wedding which is 3 days before DD :D
Checked through all the clothes and equipment this morning and amazingly my trick of buying little and often has worked and we have nearly everything we need :T Just waiting for payday tomorrow then will go up to Asda baby event on Tuesday to get the last bits then just need the baby :T:T
Feeling very squashed this morning, can't believe I'll get to term but thought that with DS and went 17 days over so who knows. I feel pretty chilled out with the whole thing really
DS has gone to his dad's for a few days so hubby will be sorting the baby's room at long last and pampering me lots. Got the Grand Prix on at the mo, boooooooooring :rotfl::rotfl:Updating soon...0 -
Lol courgette nah its not masking tape its using the paint brush thing on the photo editor. I will swap it with a clothed one later i think but i only have nuddy ones for the last few weeks so will have to take more this afternoon.
My dad is due in 30 mins no doubt he will have a big bag full of cakes and chocolate for the kids "oh joy" does my nut in though as i dont allow them much in the way of sweet stuff and they go loopy unitl its all gone. Think i may commender some of it though ive got the munchies today :-) xx:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
