Thanks, I probably won't bother then as we have loads of baby toiletries that I've picked up as I've gone along!

Yes its perfectly safe whilst breastfeeding :-)

edit: The only thing i can find that says isnt safe is the use of arnica cream/gel before the birth but tablet form is fine. Also it is not safe if you have enlarged heart.

Yeah they do the ones i got from boots are actually a 60c strength so i just halve the dose stated above

Rach what a carp experience at the pools, I guess you may be talking about ww pools I have been there and isn't all that nice, I used to be a member but used the spa mainly as a lot nicer and open more. I am know member of a private gym as a lot nicer, although when I have bubs may have to go back to LA pools. Good to hear you had a good afternoon!! Thanks for the trousers, they are a little big but I can roll the waist band over.

Thanks Rach that nappy lady website is good, I was looking for video demonstrations as me and OH couldn't quite work out the freebie reuseables we have here :rotfl: i am checking out the other 2 websites now, but thank you

This is going to sound incredibly stupid.. but !!!!!! do I use the Tesco free pampers change box for? Just keeping wash stuff and few nappies in? I have ended up with 2.. and it just seems like a small toolbox to me cant see how it would fit much in it??!! Sorry!!!

I use my spare one for my nail stuff kitkat would also come in handy as a makeup case :-)
