Hi Hdeusi welcome glad to hear little one is active, I'm in S London (Croydon) and I think there are a few others in the area . .
Good luck with the scan tinks, re bump pics DH took one at the wkd and I thought my bum looked bigger than my bump (that's at 31 wks!)
We got our pushchair about 4 weeks ago, as it was on offer and think we have most stuff apart from a cot but won't need that straight away anyway.
Restless nights sleep as bubs woke me up in the night moving about, but at least I get a lie in. Not looking forward to last 2 weeks at work now as this hot weather seems to never end . . .Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

Welcome to the Mad house Hdeusi.
Luckily I've got all my stuff left over from DD. I'm also borrowing a moses basket which is due to arrive this weekend from OH's friend. Really nice of them to lend it to us
I'm just looking for Breastfeeding tops at the moment. What does everyone else use for tops as I'm totally confused. What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -

Yes i would love to understand more about feeding tops, I have realised I have pretty much no clothes I can wear for breastfeeding, just a lot of dresses/leggings etc...
Also when do you get your nursing bras, should I go and get measured now? I hate Mothercare bras though, is there anyone else that sorts you out for nursing bras?0 -

Anything except dresses!!! tshirts, vest tops, in winter I add a cardy.. I had one breastfeeding top once and the cut was just totally wrong.. so vest tops all the way here.. with jeans or skirts or leggings.. whatever.. I have spent 12 years breastfeeding
Any decent lingerie shop would measure and fit properly... I have a couple of royce from bravissimo which fit lovely.. I hate m/care and M&S bras they have the straps too wide apart.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Ok so vest tops do the job? I'm just worried about having to pull a top up rather than down and expose my belly to the world!
i agree the MC maternity bras make me look like a dumpling and are sooo uncomfy!
spose i'd better go and get that sorted then. Do they estimate pretty accurately what size you'll be?0 -
I've still got my Nursing bras from DD luckily...34G!! Mine are M&S and I definately agree that the straps are far apart.
So just normal cheap vest tops from somewhere like primark would do? Thing is, i can see myself wearing a dress then needing to BF and thinking....damn...i didn't think this through
also OH has one of these pillows:
Is this any good for a breastfeeding pillow? What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -

noone sees anything.. the baby covers your tummy anyway so it is a non-issue.. and if you are concerned a thin sheet will tuck under, or flop over you and the baby.. but this screams to the world you are feeding the baby.. or layer 2 vests.. one is lifted up the others tuck down..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

I used a pillow from my bed for the first week.. after that nothing was needed..
any vest tops will do.. I have heaps of bhs and matalan ones.. just my normal clothes!!
And I am wearing 36H already (from 34E) after the first 2-3 weeks the supply settles and you won't need such a huge size..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
