  • Even if you win two, one will do when your changing bedding. I agree with getting organised early - when I'm pregnant I feel I have very little control over my body so its good at least to feel in control of something
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:

Oh the joys of pregnancy its wonderfull isnt. You read all these books that make it sound like a walk in the park apart from maybe a bit of sickness to begin with then reality sets in and you wonder why the hell you put yourself through it all. All i can say is keep your chin up relax as much as you can and enjoy the bits you can ....... Once that baby is in your arms you wont give a rats !!! about it all anyway and you will have the biggest cheesiest grin from ear to ear :D and maybe a few tears of joy.

Like pigpen said you havent got long left now ;-) x

Delain, you're not being tearful over nothing, it's totally natural whether preggo or not to be upset over your pet.

I love storms too! We get huge monsoonal ones (cyclones too) where I'm from and they're totally awesome. It's probably safe to be outside so long as there's no lightning. Don't wanna get zapped - it makes you empty your bowels, nice.

Bought a bunch of 11 nappies off ebay, and some new tots bots (half price cos it's nappy week), so I'm building up a small stash. I don't want to get a huge amount of one type though incase it doesn't suit bubs shape. Back at work tomorrow though, so that should dampen the retail urges. Only 35 working days!!!!!!!!!!

    Hope everyones ok!

Well I went out last nite on my colleagues leaving do, everyone was hammered before i even got there. I felt very much aware I was the only one not drinking, and felt awful leaving OH at home (he had just finished work and was too tired to come) I tried on so many outfits and nothing looked good, a tight fitting jacket i normally wear out wudnt even do up! So I borrowed OHs jacket! I felt so tired, my back was still killing and there was no seats in most of the pubs/ clubs we went into. I also got myself all upset as bubs hadnt kicked all day, i ended up leaving at 11.30pm and driving home all upset about bubs being so quiet. When I got home i started getting kicks so maybe my baby doesnt like the loud music!! I dont think being pregnant and going out works somehow!!

Well my bootsale bargains from yest are; over 20 items of clothing inc sleepsuits/ rompers/ baby grows/ jackets/ etc (lots new still with tags, all mothercare or next) a really cute winnie the pooh musical mobile, a leapfrog singing caterpillar, and vtech singing alfie bear. All items are excellent condition and I took £10 with me and still had a couple of pound change! I was very pleased with what I got! OH has been playing with the caterpillar all day, it counts and sings about different colors! I am sure it'll drive me nuts soon!
