it was raining here first thing but turned much nicer after that. I've done church, primark for bedding for the new bed (plus some baby vests!), lunch at the in laws and chatted to my mum. Now trying to shake yet another headache.
Need to get DH to take a bump pic later, think the last one was 3 weeks ago.
I won some baby clothes on ebay last night, must pay for those later!
delain that sounds like a great bargain. I'm a bit ahead of myself too but i think you have to grab things as you see them!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
this is me (and the cat flap!) at 23+5. I'm begining to get a bit nervous about the whole 30+ weeks thing, I already feel massive!Updating soon...0 -
I wish we had thunder, I love it. Mad, I know. Something about all the power in the air, I like to sit outside now and then and just feel part of it (and yes I get soaked
)
Is anyone else having a tearful day? I'm 20+5 and feeling really emotional, just burst into tears over really nothing, my poor little cat was run over and is going to be in the animal hospital for the forseeable future and I felt so bad for leaving her there on Friday, she was trying to crawl across the table to get to me, and with her broken pelvis it was heartbreaking:( I just feel really upset about it and everything else even tiny things is just getting me down and I don't think OH understands
Sorry vent over!Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

delain, that's so sad about your cat, no wonder you're tearful! OH doesn't need to understand why you're upset, just that it's normal. And it comes and goes. You'll feel better soon, don't worry.
ps, are you sure sitting outside in a thunderstorm is a good idea :rotfl::wall:0 -
Delain your not the only one who likes thunder storms i love em. When i lived in my flat you could see for miles and i would sit in the open window just watching it all happen. We even had a bbq in a thunderstorm once although it wasnt raining :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

evening all...
well shopping wasnt as eventful as I thought it would be...
I was so tired, before we even started.
Spent ages browsing in mamas and papas, some really nice stuff but so expensive.
Couldnt get my letters from hobbycraft because apparently noone needs an L!!!! It wasnt that they didnt have any in stock, they actually dont make an L!!!!
Saw a nice gift in mothercare to get my mum and dad.
Got some bits for my hospital bag, minatures etc, and got in boots a TT hygenic nappy bin for £2!!!! So now just got to get some cassettes for it.
Couldnt find any decent size storage which was annoying, but might go to ikea with dh on his next shifts off.
Had a massive lunch at TGI's with everyone, and DH paid to say thankyou to my mum and dad for buying us pretty much everything for baby
And now I am shattered but cant get comfy to have a nap........Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

 I did that once. There were about five going on at once and it was amazing from a top floor flat. But after 20 mins or so of excitement I'd had enough and tubed it to Mum's for some emergency companionship and safety :rotfl::wall:0 -

Lol. Everyone always says why don't you have a nice lie down. Erm, because being heavily pregnant you can't have a nice anything - stand up, sit down or lie down. So personally I opt for the nearest soft landing and see how I fall:wall:0
