Thank fully i only have to do minimum walking bus stop is at the end of my road that takes us directly to the bus station then hop on a bus that more or less drops outside youngests school. the older one then makes her way to her school and DS has now decided he is old enough to walk to his school from the bus stop himself so i stay at the bottom of the road and watch him go in then straight back on the bus. If i had to do what i used to then they would have been off school for the last 8 wks lol :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

I get on a bus here round the corner that goes quite close to school. Twins are in year 1 so still have to be collected from the classroom. Usually I catch the earlier bus so that if it's late I'm not late but I was asleep when that one left today
:o and I'm not sure I could have coped with an hour in town, I really really hurt today
It's killing me though. There are no bus stops with seats without walking into town so I end up sat on the floor with the twins sat on my knee for over 20 minutes, which is just about the worst thing for my SPD.
Starting to think that I should book a physio appointment and say I will have those crutches after all :rotfl: Although I'd only be able to use them at home, there's no chance of crossing a main road with 3 kids under 8 and all their related stuff on crutches.
Sorry, rant over now. Bad day! I just know it's going to get worse, gonna take some paracetamol before I go I think.
At least the canneloni I made yesterday was massive so OH and DD1 can have that re-zapped and I've only got to cook for the twins.
ETA: The village school is only about 5 minutes away from my house, if I hadn't been to their 'non-competitive'?! sportsday the other day and seen that the whole place seems quite shambolic I'd probably be out buying green school uniformMum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

I don't know how you ladies cope with being pregnant and having to run around after your other kids- super women!! I am finding it hard enough being pregnant and not having any others to worry about!!

Think i have everything now for hospital bags and for 1st few months (other than cot matteress). i do like to be organised:)

xmas, quite a bit of the time I feel bruised at the top of my bump, and I've said, I'm sure she thinks she can make it through, looking for a weak spot. Unfortunately she has to come out the other end, Hubby said the line down my bump should just be a zip that opens up and then dissapears afterwards, I'm convinced it's bad design work this giving birth lark.0

I got a royce one (or 4) from bravissimo.. they are luvverly.... M&S have the straps too wide apart for my female shoulders.. I am certain the make bras for men in there!!! They are on quidco.. and online and their returns/exchanges are very good.
Mothercare ones are rubbish.. their sizing is WAAAAAAAAAY off everywhere else.. the Emma Jane bras are usually fairly nice too.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

delain I went to my daughters sports day today and it was a proper competitive sports day, it was brilliant. Even the nursery were doing races, egg and spoon, dressing up races, normal races and obstacle races. there were even parent races but I couldn't really do that.
My DD school is 5 minutes down the road thankfully. DS goes to preschool for the last time on wednesday which is a 10-15 min walk, then starts at DD school in sept so I should be ok but have to start leaving a little earlier probably. I do have an offer from one of the mums that she will take them for me if it gets to much or just after the birth, bless her, but then she does walk straight outside my house and only lives round the corner as well. Hopefully I'll be ok though.
I've stuck oven cleaner in the oven and am leaving it to soak, that means it has to be a takeaway tonight, hmm what to have. I can't decide if I want to walk to the chip shop or get chinese delivered. OH isn't here so can't send him out.0
