I'm having a homebirth but I know it's meant to be a good idea to pack a hospital bag just in case. To be honest though, CBA :o. We only live 10 mins from the hospital too so might just get hubby to shove summat in his bag if needed

See, I live 10 mins from the same hospital ;) and I like the 'throw it in a bag on the way' idea myself :D
I keep saying to my DH how I love that name as we are currently wading through seasons 1-7 of CSI miami on DVD. I love Heratio Cane, hes my hero :o:p

Goodluck Sammy. Hope your getting your mummy cuddles now.

Wondered if anyone started a new job shortly after finding out they were pregnant and what their new managers reaction was? Have had a strange day as have just had to do that myself. Did not get the response I was expecting :(

    What reaction did you get?

exactly, and it's in town so if I forget my toothbrush he can go and get me one. There's no way he'd be parted from his iPhone so that's photos and phone numbers sorted. The only thing I should really get beforehand is a car seat as hubby can't drive, but even then Argos on the Headrow will do them so he can walk there and p[ick one up if needed :D

Is where we got the name from :D I love CSI Miami too, find him sooo cheesy but is brill!!

Doesn't sound good re job, hope things work out xx

Re hosp bags haven't done mine yet, need to wash bubs clothes first - hope to do that next week when I'm off work, but hoping not to stay long in hosp (max 6 hours if everything goes to plan) so will be packing some basics for now and then may pack more closer to time.

Bubs is very active tonight - maybe he liked the non-alcy beer I was drinking
