Apart from stay in in front of a big fan to keep cool no real advice here. Sleep if you can, lord knows you will be thankful for it because there won't be time when the baby is born :o

I'm due today too lolo! And no sign for me either. Boo! Getting really fed up now.

Re. going into labour - someone actually told me that it will happen when I'm not expecting it... how could I NOT be expecting it - I've been waiting for 9 bleeding months?! :rotfl:

Have also received a ton of texts and calls today asking if there's any news - should be grateful people care, but just feel like screaming NO there's no news - if I'd had her, you'd know about it... (I know I'm being a miserable cow but I can't seem to help it! :o)

Sammy - if you happen to have a look on here before you go in in the morning, just want to say hope all goes well tomorrow and that you're having cuddles with Holly sooner than later x

Sammy hasn't been on since 7:38am... I wonder if she went on her own....
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

On the subject of names.....if I said Corin, would you think girl or boy?

There's a girl called Corin in Big Brother at the moment so there will no doubt be a few Corins born this year!:p

Labour vibes to those in need.

    Back to lurking:o

Hi Lolo and Kym (sorry, I don't know how to multi quote)!

I lurk on here *all* the time but never post! I was due yesterday as well :o

I have tried everything apart from castor oil and sex :rotfl: so far to evict this madam. It looks like we are having a girl as well - are you both? I had a scan last week due to lack of movement (she is normally the alien trying to burst out of my skin, so much in fact, my bump was killing yesterday). The sonographer said 95% girl (we were team yellow to 39 weeks - see how impatient I am!!).

I am really ready for her, she weighed approx 7lb 2oz last week (me and my husband were 5lb 15oz and 5lb 2oz and both early so this madam is just been stubborn)!

Hope you are all having mummy cuddles soon - I *really* hope Sammy is.... :j
Debt Free Wannabe - work in progress and maternity leave is going to hinder somewhat, but we *WILL* be debt free.

First Baby due 12 July (overdue! :() was Team Yellow, but looking very much like Team PINK!

Courgette - ah I missed the baby's name!
Krystal - no I'm not that lucky! boyfriend was off and took over the computer!

BABY NAMES - Our little bump when she arrives will be 'Holly May' which we both like plus it was the only name we both suggested and agreed on. Although we didn't realise it is actually more apt than it first seems as 1. We found out I was pregnant just after Christmas last year and she came as a surprise to us - especially at the dating scan when we thought we were 6 weeks and turned out to be 16!!! and 2. I'm a huge Christmas freak (i love it) I start talking and planning for it in July! so holly seemed perfect. x

    Morning all

Well I am STILL here but only hoepfully for a matter of hours and not days still!

Today is D day! :T:T:T:T:T and although I cant wait and am excited that she will come today, I'm also really hormonal and emotional - not sure if its nerves at what is about to come, or the fact I've been counting it down because last time I was induced it was a case of 'I went for an appointment 8 days over, they gave me a sweep and fitted me in that night' so I had no time to think about it. Plus I'm in a new hospital this time too in an area I don't really know is possibly making me uneasy but trying to chill as more of my friends/family are nearer to this hospital so if they keep me in I'll have visitors to see me.

Possibly to do with the fact too that I left my little boy at his grandmas last night - I've only ever left him over night 4 times and he is 6 years old, so all last night I kept checking on him and he wasn't there.

Hoping boyfriend will be ok today - he had eye surgery a few months back and it looked to be healing really well, doctors were happy, told him to come off his meds and in the last few days his eye has gone really red and really sore. No idea whats wrong with it but hes off to clinic now on Wednesday to get it seen too - cant have it like that long as it might mean the 3rd operation he has had on it now has rejected again! As a result though its been putting his balance off and making him dizzy!

Right well I've eaten my toast, drank my tea, done my dishes, tidied living room - I know WHY???????? - hospital bag is packed, notes are ready, Owen's camera is charged, phone charger will go in the bag now, will take my iron tablet in a bit, go for a shower, and then it will be time to leave I think.

So looking forward to some much longed for mummy cuddles now! so if you dont hear from me for a while - :D:D:D:D:D

    T minus - 1 hour, 20 minutes until I leave for hospital. x x x :)
    Time to find me again

Sorry for the babbling - have been up since 5am and am a little bored lol!

I have my friend and her little 8 week old girl coming later so they will keep me entertained and send me back to lurkdom!!! :o

Hope everyone has a good day! :j
