Thanks Sammykaye will ask £20 and hope it goes happy to let it go for less late morning if not sold.

Hope baby makes an apperance soon, maybe she is very comfy and doesnt want to come out in this heat!!

dummies wise think its personal choice some babies hate them, research shows reduce risk of cot death, personally I am going to try one and only use at sleep time and then once baby is 6mths old get rid.

Sammy the bottles will stay sterile for 24hrs if you dont open the lid.

I never had dummies for my first two they just didnt like them and they never sucked their thumbs bubs on the other hand will suck anything in sight so he has dummies although he doesnt seem overly bothered if we cant find one apart from when he is teething so hopefully he wont still be sucking them when he is 3. I think it depends on the baby to be honest.

Hello all, just quick question - had a busy couple days and done quite a lot of walking, just got home and bump went a really odd shape lol! Baby was all over to one side and really sticking out - it did freak me out a little as none of my other bumps have done that. I put my hands on it and she settled back down after a few minutes to a normal round shape.... Am i being overly paranoid? I have been having loads of braxton hicks contractions for a few weeks and quite a few today and never really had those with my first two babies either. surely it is far to early for her to be getting her head down?? am 29 weeks nearly. Thanks :)

    Hello ladies and babies!

I've been having a lot of pain on the inside of the tops of my legs and groin region. I do a lot of driving for work but now it's hurting when I walk and go up and down stairs. Don't know what it is but hope it goes away, it's very uncomfortable. The weather is starting to cool down here, thank god!

Just realised I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and I am really unprepared! x

Hi Shelley, I had this also when I was doing a lot of driving to and from work, its likely some pelvic pain from things getting relaxed in preparation for labour. I think that happens at about this stage, the muscles relax and things aren't held quite in place as they should be so its a bit too flexible and it hurts. It was very bad once on the way home that I could barely walk to the car and drive home :( not sure what to recommend but if it is very unbearable, speak to your midwife as there may be things she can recommend to help provide more support & relieve the pain. :)

hiya hun the little beans can get themselves into all sorts of strange positions and make your belly look like something out of an alien film i shouldnt worry to much. All four of mine have done it to me it has shocked my OH to watch it sometimes. As for being head down the last three were all head down from a very early stage there has only been this one who seems to be a bit awkward and has waited until the last couple of weeks to get head down fingers crossed she stays there last thing i want is a c section :-)

Thanks, I am just paranoid due to the amount of walking have done yesterday and today and got more to do tomorrow! so hopefully it won't encourage her that it is time to come out!

Also, is it normal to get a lot of braxton hicks contractions at this stage... I can start off having them and they can come about every five or ten mins for a while.... and I do get that minimum of 3 to 4 times a day for perhaps half an hour/an hour at a time??

Walking deffinitely makes my BH ten times worse try to take regular rests if you can. Ive had one pop early at 35wks but i had other complications (placenta previar) which were the cause of that. DD1 came the day she was due and DS2 came 4 days before his due date and although this one feels really heavy and uncomfortable i recon she is in for the long haul as well as with DS2 i was convinced he would come early due to syptoms like your describing but he was quite happy to stay put and make me suffer lol :-)
