Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,
You don't even take him seriously,
How am I going to get to heaven?,

Was it a 3d scan or a normal one?

Just being nosey cos my 20wk scan is in two weeks and I desperately want to know if it's pink or blue. If s/he doesn't reveal then I'll be booking a second chance private scan to find out but I'm not sure I'd want the 3D one as they look a bit strange to me (no offence meant to anyone who likes them).

    Thanks

    Morning all

    Still here

Woke up middle of last night to pee and as I went to the toilet my tummy started hurting but it was freezing cold to touch so think I may have picked up a slight stomach chill or something because I insisted on no cover last night as I was way too hot.

Up now drinking a nice hot blackcurrant juice to warm up tummy, think babe is still sleeping, am never happy till I get a dig in the ribs though so goign to chill on sofa for five until I get it.

Need to check the BFs oteh son for headlice this mornign too - all he did last night was itch!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: and I am like a banshee if I know those little critters are about - I hate them!

Although will be going with boyfriend later to take his other son home as its quite possibly the bumpiest welsh road ever created!

Hugs to all and labour vibes if needed

    love

    Sammy

Wow pigpen your daughter looks stunning in that dress, bet that was a day to make you feel proud! You have a lovely family!

I'm looking for a bit of advise: been in lots of pain for past few days, v sharp pain in either my side, my bump or down below. I imagine it's just stretching but it's very painful and I can't walk when I have the pain. Also had lots of pain in my lower back, I imagine this is just extra weight though. Am I fussing over nothing?!

kitkat it prob is nothing at all to worry about ive had all the pains you have just described although not all at once  poor u :(
midwife told me that the pain i had in the top of my bump was actually bubs foot in my ribcage, that felt lovely NOT!! then the pains down below she said were most likely ligments stretching, mine felt like electric shocks in my foof!! horrible feeling!! but of course if you arent feeling happy get midwife to check you out. she'll be able to feel what way bubs is laying etc. mine was transverse at last appointment, although i think he has been head down the past couple of days. i hope that doesnt mean he's getting ready
    to come out though :rotfl:

edit to add congrats on team pink tinks, am slightly jealous i have seen the most beautiful girls stuff everywhere i go, and the boys things seem to be carp! :(

Hi there am a returning member!

Yesterday I found out I was pregnant 21 months after my 1st but I have no idea how far along I am....again lol. Has anyone used the Clear blue tests which tell you how far along you are? Are they any good?

Also we have decided not to tell anyone other than my mum till I start to show.....just because everyone has been teasing us recently that we will be pregnant before we know it.... I hate it when ppl are right.

Labour vibes to all in need!:D

congrats ticklepenny!! if im totally honest i wouldnt waste the money on the clearblue test. do you not know the date of your last period in order to work out the weeks? heres a link to the clearblue website http://www.clearblue.com/uk/new-clearblue-digital-pregnancy-test-with-conception-indicator.php if you are more than 5 weeks it wont tell you how many weeks you are if you see what i mean.

Hey TP... De Ja Vu ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
