Well have had a morning of eating crap basically!
Had a very strong coffee this morning - yuck! was not nice being as I haven't had coffee since before Xmas, have eaten 3 flakes and am now drinking a bottle of diet pepsi
good job iron pill was taken early this morning really wasn't it!
although am getting plenty of wriggling about today. Fingers crossed she might ferret herself into place.
Also getting plenty of whiteish discharge - is that a good sign???
Also boyfriend has just left to go motor crossing for the day, although i do suspect I'm going to get a fair few - 'everything ok?' type text messages!
Spoken to my mum today too - helpfully she decided to tell me last night that she is having an affair with her boss which didn't amuse me because despite me not liking her partner now - he is the biggest KH I have ever met! - it was how her and my dad split up when I was 15 and it brings back horrible memories because I stupidly at 15 helped her hide it thinking it was for the best even though I am a complete daddies girl. Either way didn't realise that Owen (my BF) had gotten hold of my phone last night, seen the text messages and being that him and her work together - her boss is his boss - and he sent her a message through facebook (they don't have the best past history) saying could she not mention the affair to me again as it upsets me and brings back memories of her and my dad although knowing Owen he probably wasn't so polite with the way he wrote it.Time to find me again0 -
Bit of a panic this morning. I'm just back from the hospital. I woke up at 5.30 to go to the loo and there was a bit of blood. I'm 21 weeks and had my big scan on Wednesday and all was good. I called the Maternity department in my hospital and they said to come straight in. I went in and had a scan and the baby was OK and moving. Don't know what it was, but plan on resting all day. The maternity department were great. Said to come straight in if I have any worries.
Was very scared.
Glad everything turned out OK. I had this at 16 weeks for no apparent reason but when I went to hospital they couldn't find a hb so we waited about 3 hours for a scan. It was very distressing so I know what you went through!
Sometimes these things just happen; you can do no more than exactly what you did!Bellymonkey due 25/09/10 :j0 -
toblerone and a banana (which I WILL regret later as I am allergic to them lol!!) for breakfast.
Ooh.. booking appt (pmsl.. @ 33+weeks) for LGI arrived.. 2:30.. on Thursday.. I pick the children up at 3.. so that is looking impossible!.. plus right now I don't think I can cope with the drive there... it is different when you don't have any choice... I'll sort it on Monday..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

yes her big brother is getting very impatient - we marked her due date on the calendar for him so he could get an idea of when she was coming because he just kept saying it was before Xmas - but when her due day came he was so excited running into school and telling all his teachers and friends that his baby sister was coming today - and i did warn him that if his grandma was there ot pick him up after school it was because baby was on her way.
All he knows about labour is that mummy is going to get a really bad tummy ache and that I'll have to go over to the hospital to be given some special medicine. He asked if he could come too and I said he was staying with his grandma but that daddy would come to make sure they gave me the right stuff.
figured I had better give him an idea of what would happen though because I had braxton hicks a while back (i had them for about a day and nothing else!) and I was in pain knelt on the floor and he didn't like that too much so figure if I warned him at least he knows. Although he hasn't asked yet how baby is coming out so I'll wait for that one!Time to find me again0 -
Esio- Huge congrats! Still lurking on and off,
!
Labour vibes for them that need, and stay put for them that don't!
Well I *think* we have decided that DD2 will be named 'Tansy Alvie Lilah' but we haven't registered her yet...... She is settling fine, and her big sis is being an absolute star so far. She is brilliant with the baby but having a few wobbles with us which is what we expected, just the usual having a flap about things she normally does fine on her own etc!0
