Hi everyone. How are you all keeping?

Well, the bump appears to have turned into gorgeous baby James, born 19th April, 7lbs 5.5oz, and he's all mine:j! It sounds silly, but whenever i watch him sleeping (a lot) i have a lovely excited feeling in my tummy coz i know he's going to wake up soon and he'll want his mummy to cuddle/feed him!

It's a bit crazy with visitors and baby stuff at the moment, but will try and post my birth story tomorrow. C-section was absolutely fine, and i was up and in the bath about within 6 hours.

Thank for all the lovely messages and encouragement over the last few weeks. I might not have posted much but i always stayed up to date with the thread and you've all been great company!:o

Thanks for the maternity jeans link - a bit late for me but my best mate has ordered a pair

I've had a lovely bday today, one of the best which surprised me considering I'm nearly 39 wks pg and can't have wine....no work is obviously always a big help tho! Went out for a walk with DH and parents and had fish and chips on a bench in the sun followed by an icecream. I even managed to get sunburnt! Got a lovely swarovski bracelet off DH and a toblerone (to scoff now!) and some baileys (for as soon as baby is born!) Very glad baby didnt put in an appearance today altho I'll be wanting labour vibes after this weekend
