Budget; sorry to hear about your grandmother *hugs* even if your expecting it, it doesnt always make it easier.

Xmas; I wud insist that the bed company sort something, asap. You really cannot sleep on the floor with being pregnant, you have yourself and a baby to think of! I agree with CAFC, he's obviously getting paid too much having a 2 seater car!!!

Just went onto M&S website as I heard they had a mini sale on, theres few baby bits I want and SUPRISE SUPRISE ITS ALL SOLD OUT  grr I am sure the sale only started today so how can all sizes sell out so quick!! O well I do have a £60 M&S voucher, but was hoping to get some cheap bits!

Woohoo result after my little rant on the phone the bed post just turned up Yay Meee! I'm now in two minds about the rest of the furniture i need they have the matching units but do i go with the same company (they did after all sort my problem out) or do i go down the road to get it i ahve bought from there before and they were really good but they changed hands recently.

Budget i'm so sorry to hear about your Nan. I did have a pair of black maternity trousers that i wore to work not sure where they are though if i can find them you are welcome to them chick as i have no use for them i believe they were a size 12. I will have a look later and let you know if i have found them x

    Love the scan photos :)

Just wanted to pop in and say hi, and catch up if poss. Hope you are all good!

Anyone know when the internal examinations start? I'm dreading em but at least if i know i might feel better.

I'm on antibiotics....booo!!! Hoping to get the course done and put of the way before bubs makes an appearance as was taking them after c-section with DD and she ended up with thrush in the mouth which really brought tears to me as i felt it was my fault....dopey me, it's not, so many babies get it if mums on antibiotics.

Oh to make matters worse DD has chickenpox.......arggghhhhhhhh!:eek::eek: Realised this morn whe she jumped in my bed and i noticed a few spots - checked her over and she has quite a few on her back and chest bless her ....so now i really have to keep my legs crossed till she is completely over them. I think it's approx 2 weeks, anyone know?

But on a brighter note, we are going to check out a few cars tomorrow...YAY!!!! May have one after all! Will love the freedom of our own car!!!:j

And i am soooooooo ridiculously relaxed i love it - i'm like 'bring it on' now. My natal hypnotherapy CD is really working i think, OH says i'm much more chilled and my fears have near enough gone! I haven't given birth yet :D so i can't fully comment but i reccomend it so far ;)

Oh and the inserting EPO - doesn't it leak back out? Lol, Soooooo sorry if too much info, just felt the need to ask. :o

xmas - i'd write a letter to the head office of bed post company, explain situation, complain a bit but say you're happy they sorted it but it puts you off buying the rest from them as you had all that stress. See if they send you some money off vouchers, or offer you a % discount to keep your custom. Worth a try.....

  • Budget - have you tried Primark? They do the plain long sleeve tops in a stretchy jersey material - part of their basics range. I got em in black, white and a few teal, blue and grey colours as they go with litterally everything. I wear em alot but because i'm too small for maternity sizes (size 4/6) - they go nicely over bump if you buy a size or two up. And they wash well! And only cost about £3 each. Their stretchy vest tops are good too, then just pop a cardi over and leave it open ;)

I can't say much for trousers though - i'm either in linen trousers now (thanks to the lovely sun) or stretchy jeans that i can pop a bump band over and cover the wide open zip, lol.

Thanks for the warning - i did freak a little at first but then turns out if you've had it already you should be fine...just gotta make sure bubs isn't born till it's gone - now thats a little harder to control

I had it when i was 14 - had a nasty time too so i must admit i'm a little glad DD has caught it so young, apparently it's little bother to them at this age. It's doing it's round among the kiddies here big time :( half her nursery have been affected so far so it was only a matter of time.
