Thought I'd post what should be my last bump pic as I'm now 39+1....

Nice bumps Yorky and MLSL!
Congrats Gillby!!
Well I feel well p*ssed off  I could just write all sorts of swear words about pumpkin patch!! Well I have waited 3 weeks for my order (I think!) and I have been phoning them daily to check the order status, finally it was dispatched the end of last week! They gave me tracking numbers (for some reason my order was sent out in 3 parts) I have been tracking them daily. I checked last nite and it said 2 parcels had been delivered and signed for by the driver, I check all around the house, and all around the letterbox... NOTHING! SO i phoned pumpkin who gave me number for fedex uk, phoned them they have just responded, apparently my parcels were carded on Monday (have not seen one card) and re-delivered yesterday and posted thru my letterbox! I can honestly say I have had nothing, and cant see how my order would have fit through a letterbox to be honest (my letterbox is tiny) I just really do not know wot to do, fedex reckon I have had my items, and I wont be able to get a refund, I dont wana a refund I just want my items anyway, I feel so annoyed :mad:0 -

Thanks KitKat.
It sounds like Fedex have delivered to the wrong address, Pumpkin Patch need to check with them that they all have the right address.:mad::mad: Just tell them to find your items- deliver them to YOU and by Monday. Then you want compensating:cool:
That is REALLY REALLY bad service!!!Busy mummy of 4.:j0 -
helllooooo can I join please....im 14 weeks tomoz...have a teeny tiny bump (or beer belly!?)
soo very very excited at being a mummy at last, my edd is 23rd October x0 -
KitKat Surely Fedex require a signature when they deliver, so find out whose signed for them, under what name etc.
Then tell Pumpkin Patch you want to know the dimensions of the packages, and measure your letterbox, and ask Fedex how they managed to deliver that size package through that size gap.
I think legally its up to them to proove they have delivered it.
I bet you they suddenly turn up as soon as you start to kick up a stink....
P.S Knock on neighbours doors as well and ask if anyone has taken them in.Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
CAFC; yes they do require a signature but it was signed 'DRIVER'. Just feel dissappointed, have been so put off ordering online lately; first the toni and guy hairdryer i ordered went missing (i was so pleased i found it half price!) i did get a replacement but it took its time, then the gloworm i ordered for bubs has gone missing in post and i cant do anything about it until end of this month.
Thanks Choccy, I might phone Monday, dont feel like it today. The advisers I spoke to were so arrogant.
Welcome Threemutleys! Congrats on your pregnancy!0 -
