My OH has not suggested I do or do not do/eat/wear/use anything... other than vaccinating the baby which I refuse to do.. we will argue about that later.. :p
mine gets mad if I do refuse to eat anything as he thinks it's all hype and says 'who are they to tell you what to do...' etc!

I have docs at 7pm?! Never been to docs in the evening before! Night out at the docs:beer::rotfl: She wants to see me about something so I hope it's not too serious:eek:
    hope it's ok smartie.

My training session went well and one of the guys bought us all a coffee on the way back from the walk which was nice. I was going to stay a bit and finish some bits but I'm suddenly tired and ready to do.

sir monster - no worries if not or it's too early but I am around thursday morning if you were around for a coffee? my lovely friend has said she'll come to me instead of meeting half way (she's in portsmouth) so i am meeting her at the station at 12 so free before that. Also off friday so potentially free in the day then too though dh is around so might be harder, though i am sure he's happy with the ps3!

    Hello all

been really tired today woke up every hr last night no real reason, looking forward to bed tonight. work tommorow then got 3 days annual leave so lots rest.

Got 28 wk appointment with midwife tommorow will be 28+5. Can see why some people do take maternity leave as soon as they can from 29wks I easily could - mind you after 2wks would be bored with no baby - I finish at 35wks (ish)

won a mamas and papas millie and boris moses basket on ebay for £3.01!!!!! no stand and its near my mum and sister so when lady emails me her number mum is going to sort out collecting and bring it up when she comes to visit when I am on mat leave - we have a few of the millie and boris range - all been good deals as we love rabbits (the animal kind- any rude ladies!!). A friend has lent us her moses basket and stand but thought this was too good a bargain to pass up so friend can have hers back and sell it as thats what she wanted to do as soon as we finshed with it.

Sorry KT you feel so carp hope it gets better soon.

Rach thursday morning sounds good, should really get out and do things/meet people. All I have done today is two loads of washing, eat carp food and go to sort out my prescription at the docs. Will go to ikea/mothercare tomorrow to look at nursery/baby stuff then can tidy room up, but will have to treat mysefl to lunch there! If I'm not careful will end up doing nothing productive this week!!

    Hi girls

Just a quick one to say hello and i may be possibly queue jumping Im afraid adn can I have some labour vibes please just in case that it goes quickly and smoothly if it is the real thing!

Have been having continuous backache since about 3pm today which is coming in waves of feeling the urge to go to the toilet, followed by backache, then a mild period pain cramp - been like that for two hours.

Stomach is solid and was contracting and releasing on the walk home form school earlier and was told I was walking like a penguin as i was convinced something was going to pop and there was pressure underneath!

Rang partner who is on his way home as I'm dying to get in the shower and get some warm water down my back to help ease it but have my 6 year old playing in the living room.

No show or lost waters but didn't have these with my son either as I was induced with him.

Mother in law is on standby and haven't rung birth centre yet as pain isnt continuous or unbearable.
    Time to find me again

    Hi all

    Im 37 weeks today -Yay!
Please can I have labour vibes, I can no longer cope with aching ribs, excruciating backpain , and no sleep. My c section is on the 1 st july but I don't think I can manage anymore.I've exceeded the consultant and midwifes expectations as everybody thought that I would only be able to carry until 28 or 29 weeks and baby would be a tiny 3 or 4lber but I've got this far.
Have to see midwife tomorrow and then pre op assessment on wednesday-Have come up with a horrid red itchy rash since yesterday all over tummy and legs so slapping on the calamine lotion now.

Talking of runny eggs, I've had them all through my pregnancy aswell as sweets, cream cakes, nuts and cans of fanta.I can't even look at coke and tea without feeling sick.

Labour vibes for those that need /want -sammykaye!

    Sammy - best of luck!

Tink -, when did you notice you lost one of your diamonds? I really hope it turns up for you!

Pregnancy police, I don't actually like eggs or coke, but figure each to their own. My OH is a bit like Bufger, and leaves me to it - but does tell me off if he thinks I've been lifting things I shouldn't, and refuses any help in carrying the grocery shopping when we go.

I'm hoping to BF, mainly cos of the faff factor with bottles, but I've nothing against FF. One of my grandma's had 6 kids and wasn't able to BF any of them, so as long as you're actually feeding baby, does it matter how?

Pram we've got goes both ways, figure bubs will get sick of the sight of me soon enough and want outside stimulation!
