Ewwww I've just found a dead squirrel in my living room _pale_

Have put it in the garden for OH to deal with when he gets home and shut the offending cat out, but now the invalid cat has decided to do a really stinky poo and I'm not emptying the tray whilst it's still steaming _pale_ and I'll have to leave it stinky because I've got to go and get the kids now! Bloody cats. *sigh*

Delain the runny egg police :rotfl::rotfl: my DH is like that to, but that doesn't stop him having a runny egg and soldiers whilst I try to ensure that mine is hard boiled. Although if it happens to be a tad runny on the odd occassions doesn't stop me eating it, oops there I go again bad bad mummy :p Bless him though is quite sweet when we were on our hols at the Eden project we were going to share a cream tea but had clotted cream and wasn't sure if it was pasteurised, so he asked and the lady serving rang up the place in Cornwall to check and good news it is :D. So if anyone has rodda's clotted cream you are OK!!

Talking of cakes, I am going to have cup of decaf tea and a crispy creme donut :)

    I am being serious;):p

I do get fed up with comments on here about "things that aren't good for baby".... cos I seem to be the one that does all those things!!:rotfl:

....and yes I'm NOT breastfeeding!!!:eek::eek: Amazingly I have the full support of my midwife who agreed it's best for me and bubs:) There... I've admitted it now:o I doubt I'll get much support from round here though!

Don't worry... I'm doing my flylady list soon then meeting a friend so you wont have to put up with my rants for much longer!!;):p

I didn't see anyone posting about what is and isn't good for baby!! But as you quoted me I am assuming you took my post the wrong way....I merely said 'I don't feel comfortable having baby facing outwards' nothing to do with what is best for baby, but I go paranoid whilst pregnant and for a short while afterwards...I dream (day and night) that people are trying to kill me, baby, my family... or at least trying to harm me or them in some way, so I 'need' to see baby, wheras baby is asleep and couldn't care less if it was pushed down the road in a shopping trolley or by who:cool:

I am firmly in the runny egg camp;) and yes coke is bad but I have drank about 2-3 cans a day for the last 2 weeks....I think it is the only thing that has got me through the school holidays:o

On another note, midwife ahs delivered soft HB pack, and entenox is here too. I am just off out to collect script for injections and then go KFC:D
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

I started to reply about some things but I'm afraid my mind has gone blank- all I can remember from my catch up is cream cakes, chocolate brownies and boost bars! Gimme, gimme gimme!!!

Oh and coke too! I boycotted coca cola and all their subsidiaries for about 6 years due to the crap that is in it, and unethical company practices here and abroad. Then I got PG this time round and I crave it constantly, I could drink can's and cans of it a day but I limit myself to a couple a week, and I don't even feel guilty! Mwahahah!

unless the eggs are from unvacinnated chickens there is no reason to not have them runny.. women were told not to have them runny in case they caught salmonella but that is highly unlikely as almost all are now vaccinated so from salmonella free flocks.. so stop denying yourself and go enjoy some dippy egg!

My OH has not suggested I do or do not do/eat/wear/use anything... other than vaccinating the baby which I refuse to do.. we will argue about that later.. :p

Oh I've had all that with him... I also pointed out that they are guidelines not hard and fast rules and that it's only to stop you getting food poisoning which I have gone my whole 25 years without getting so far, even though environmental health would close my kitchen some days :o

But it's like banging my head into a wall!

Ohh gross update: The poo invalid cat did was not in the huge litter tray that takes up half the cage, noooo not her. It was in the water bowl! :wall:

The only thing i tell my OH off for is when she stretches/reaches or lifts something heavy when she could just ask me. I wouldnt normally bother but she'll get pains and cramps afterwards so why not have the free labour whilst its there??!

She can eat/drink what she likes. Ive encouraged her to have half a glass of cider or mix it with some lemonade if she wants. My mother went out and got blind drunk at 34 weeks when she was carrying me and it didnt do me any harm :D

A cup of tea, coffee, large cup of coke, half a big bag of choc buttons and third of a big mint aero later;):D...

My ranting continued when I bumped into my neighbour on way home from seeing friend about the state of the people who now live in our road:rotfl:I gave him the bad news that we will hopefully be moving sooner rather than later! Bless him... he doesn't want us to go cos we're so perfect:A

Thanks to all those who are in the "camp Smartie" frame of mind when it comes to bringing up baby and aren't ashamed of it:)

I have docs at 7pm?! Never been to docs in the evening before! Night out at the docs:beer::rotfl: She wants to see me about something so I hope it's not too serious:eek:

    LOL...

She shouldn't HAVE to ask.. you should read her mind and get it for her without her having to utter a word or even glance in your direction

I WANT A CHOCOLATE BROWNIE NOW

    I might cry if I can't. :(

I cant get enough chocolate rice krispie cakes - my local shop sells them and I HAVE to have one every other day at least. All this talk of cakes has made me go fetch one :D

Oh and I drink gallons of coke - can't live without it. I always drink diet but when pregnant can't stand the stuff and have to have full fat! I have run out at the moment :-(
