Poor Smartie you seem to be having a rough time all through your pregnancy *hugs*
Does anyone know whether you can get the surestart grant if your OH claims Job seekers? I dont think we will qualify as I work but I am on a low income. He doesnt even claim it atm, but I thought it might make him do it as atm he is just claiming nothing, earning nothing...
I'm so bored in work, I just wana start my leave early but cant with stupid OH not working, 2 and a half months to go0 -

KK - Are you claiming WTC? If your OH is claiming JSA Im pretty sure you can claim sure start
I cant claim WTC as I am 24 (think you have to be 25) or under 25 with kids, unless this has changed?!?! Might try to get him to claim JSA, even tho he is against claiming anything, I think we will need him to, and if there is a chance of getting the surestart grant, well even better!
Thanks for that link Cafc, I wonder if I can convince him to sign on??0 -
