MGEB - CONGRATULATIONS :j
Good Morning Ladies
Hope we are all well.
CAFC sorry to hear about your itching that must be really frustrating.
I am feeling lots better today. DH cooked a really yummy tea last night and I managed to get into town with my daughter to get new school shoes and take her to the orthodontist and get her a haircut. A productive afternoon :T
In work today and hoping to get a rocking chair at the weekend so I can start doing it up for the nursery.
DH mum (who is NOT happy about baby) has said that we can have the cot that she had made for DH & his brother when they were babies. It is a really nice solid wood cot so if we can find a matress to fit I think we will use that one to keep it in the family.
We have been given a pram & car seat combo from mny brother as well as a high chair.
We have also been given a bath chait seat and other bits & pieces. It is handy as most of my friends have done the baby thing and are looking to clear bits out!! :T All very MSE
I can't wait to find out what we are having.....is that bad????
Have a great day. xoxo :AIf you can think it........it will happen0 -
Congratulations MGEB hope all went smoothly and quickly :-) x

1More i just used to pick up what i could in the next sizes up expecially when the sales are on my bubs had a full range of clothes up until 12 months old before he was born most of it never cost more than a couple of pounds adn it has saved me a fortune in going out and buying stuff when needed as he grows so quickly he has onyl just turned 8 months old and is fitting in 9-12 month stuff perfectly at the moment so no doubt i will need to get 12/18 months in the next 6 weeks or so. He is by no means fat but he is very long and seems to outgrow all his trousers first :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

Our jobcentre is in the shopping precinct so, don't really get the problems of louts hanging about as there are security guards. Before it moved, it was exactly as you describe!!
Congrats MGEB:D:D
CAFC - Love your different greetings every day. I hope it was a happy cry, are you sharing:)
I haven't bought anything for new baby yet:( I have a couple of bags of clothes from ds3 still so if a boy then we are sorted until 12mths already....I also have a bin bag full of girls clothes that I was given by a friend, there are loads of 0-3 and 3-6 in there and a few 6-9.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
it was a happy cry...
Its someone I met through msn and she's a very good friend, despite never having met.
But she sent me a lovely care package of some yummy bath treats from boots and some money to just make things more comfy for us, and its probably more that she wanted to do that for me and my family thats overwhelmed me, rather than the gift itself iyswim...
But I am eternally grateful.
Now going through everything to make sure what else i need to get......uploaded latest fat pic to FB as wellWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Morning:)
Ooo can't wait for baby pics:D
Well in typical "me" style after things going well with midwife, feeling good etc I had a worrying night:(
Went for a wee before bedtime and when I went to flush loo I realised it was full of blood:eek: I went into panic:o After the shock I realised I didn't know if the blood was from wee or bubs so I drank lots of water to make me go wee again and:o:o shoved loo roll in knickers (they were typically black) to see if I was bleeding. It was my wee... it was basically just blood:eek: BUT MW had checked wee yesterday morning and it was perfect, I wasn't in any pain *confused*
I sent DH to bed for a bit of sleep cos he was tired and packed a bag in preparation for going to hosp and stayed up and drank lots of water. Luckily after an hour or so my wee turned normal thankgoodness:)
We think bubs might of kicked my bladder/kidney or something??? During a quick google last night I read of it happening.BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
oh smartie - thank god everything was ok...... you just take it easy xxWealth is not measured by currency0
