It was me who recommended the wilko's ones but having just looked at my pack it does mention vitamin E on the ingredients but not on the contents per capsule bit which is strange! It has it listed right at the end of ingredients and says antioxident (vitamin E) I'm assuming that as it doesnt list how much many mg it must be a minimal amount so think I'm going to carry on with them.

    Mine are the 500mg EPO

    ok problem

Huge GIANT bumble bee in my living room, just gone behind the drawn curtain... its up the top so I cant reach it with a glass and paper, and I cant open the curtain to open the window......and I really hate things that fly.....
so sat here cacking myself LOL and the dog is offering me no protection!

re the EPO I might give them a go then. when do you start taking them?

    Hello all

had my physio assessment today and she just confirmed it was pelvic girdle pain and as my back muscles and buttock muscles are not great this is also contributing to the hip/leg/groin pain. she did some massage and heat treatment and will see her again in 2wks.

Popped in morrisons and they have a baby event on nothing that fab on the deal but did get 2 carry packs of pampers active fit sz 3 for £10 normally £9 each so was a bargain.

They do have the tommee tippee microwave sterilser for £10 also if anyone is wanting one.

ok with some careful curtain twitching and over stretching behind the tv to open the ruddy window, Ive managed to get rid of the bee, but ive pulled a muscle in my side.... and now the dog is playing me up!

EPO I can safely say I will not be inserting LOL Will try and go out again tomorrow with DH and get some....

Am now watching how clean is your house..... I cringe at it but its perfect car crash tv.... you just cant help but look.... it does make me feel better about the state of our house though LOL

Cafc i think the "do not take without consulting midwife" is a standard thing they put on all vits & minerals just been and checked mine and OH's and they all say the same. I have the tesco brand of both the EPO and the Calcium. My EPO are the high strength ones so only need to take 1 a day yay :-)

Quick thought for everyone someone asked about vit E which apparently isnt very safe for baby, ive just noticed my calcium tablets have vit D in them which is safe and good for baby so if you see that dont be afraid to buy them ;-)

Hi freebiequeenie, how long did it take for your appointment to come through after being referred? I was at the docs yesterday as I've been having trouble with my lower back and hips which is making it difficult to walk and get up/sit down. My OH had to put me on the loo the other day - not a good look! Anyway he's referred me, but if it's likely to be a while I'll book a pregnancy massage to try and help. :)

Bumblebees are funny things. You can't squish them like other bugs, cause they're like little fluffy puppies. I tend to talk them out of my windows.
Cafc - my dog is only useful if a spider runs right next to her nose, otherwise useless, big lump.

I have a stupendously sharp pain in my bum cheeks if I dare to so much as take a walk. Supermarkets kill me now, and I love shopping. Though I'll still make it to the carboot on Sunday I daresay :p. But I look like an invalid. Do not ask me to bend down and getting out of bed is an adventure. Which is lovely cause OH doesn't understand any of this. He won't even pass me a glass of water. I'm gonna have to slap the first person who offers me contraception after the 'birth', what a joke :rotfl:.

Redstar - that's the best photo ever, congrats on Freddie

OK almost forgot about the calcium.....
How much calcium should you take per day?
The tesco we have is only a metro thing, so they dont have anything of anything that I ever want LOL....

I swear I need to write all this stuff down, Im always forgetting (so do forgive me for asking everything twice!) :o

And do I need to take my own towel to hospital, or do they provide them? Im thinking of a water birth, although if he's breech, I'd at least like to part labour in water.....

Starting to write up my list for hospital bag.... tragically I've already eaten the bag of starburst smoothie chewy sweets that I bought today to put in there LOL

I've also got cartons of first milk (in case bf doesnt happen), will I need to take bottles for this, or are they provided? And if so, do I need to sterilise the new bottles we've got? And how long do they stay sterile for?
