Hi everyone, just caught up on all the post, not been around much as am revising for my exams. Congrs Gill, Thomas is cute. Hugs to those that need them.
Saw midwife on tuesday who chased the hospital up about my referal and she phoned and left a message saying that i have got appoinment on 6 may. Spoke to hosptial who thought it was for bloods and a scan even thou i would only be 18 weeks and 2 days then. Got letter from them on wednesday, they had written it and sent it on the day my midwife had spoken to them, so i think that if she had not phoned, then i still wouldn't have heard from them. Its been ongoing now for five weeks since referal was orginal made. Found on wednesday that its not for scan and its for antenatal
Asked them if they could not do everything when i go for my 20 week scan as it would mean dh having to take time off work twice in the space off two weeks. Told them that the week im 20 weeks i have exams too, so was hoping to find out appointment for scan soon. They phoned back saying that they can do 20 week scan and antenatal on 20 May. Then had to check as i have exam that day, person i spoke to said we tried our best to get them put together. I said that i had already told the pervious person that i had exams that week and that it was not my fault that my bloods etc had not been done, it was down to referal been sent to wrong hospital. I can go on that day, we are looking forward to seeing baby again and finding out what we are having.
Baby is kicking lots more now, got to be up early in the morning as dh has his driving experience that i got him for xmas, have told him he needs to be extra careful.Married 09/09/090 -
