    Hi all

Just to let you know that my little boy, Thomas Peter was (finally!) born on April 27th at 5.15 am weighing a very healthy 8lb 5 oz.

It was all a bit traumatic but luckily he is perfect and more than makes up for it lol :) We stayed in last night and have just come home now. Birth story to follow at some point....and pics as soon as DH gets some uploaded for me.

Have I missed any other births? Any news from Agutka? Can't believe Choccy is still here......lots of labour vibes for you :)

Many congrats to you :j can't wait to see the piccys xxx

We're on baby #1 too. We'll have to form a newbie team! I cant wait to hear some gore filled birth stories, apparently some women explode and their legs fly off!!! only joking, it winds my OH up a treat! must learn to keep my mouth shut..

hiya, im expected baby no 1 too!
cant remember who asked but i have to book all my midwife apps myself at moment, just had 22weeks, next one is at 28 weeks, so ive to remember and phone up next few weeks to make that one.
though they have already booked me in for my app at 40 weeks, did that at first scan!!

ok so many more than I thought it was LOL

it might just be because im getting closer to the end (thank god!) but Im starting to absolutely cack myself. im so nervous about having a baby LOL

I know "when he's here, it'll all come naturally" etc but thats always from people who have had kids already......i just want someone else to admit that they are scared witless as well, and it be ok to be scared witless, rather than feeling as if im being patronized by everyone telling me "you'll wonder what you were so scared about once he's here"

Thats not aimed at anyone on here. Its just anyone i talk to that I know in my RL who has just had a baby, becomes all evangelical, and Im sure I'll probably end up like that as well but I just dont want to be made to feel stupid for feeling like this.... which is how im feeling at the moment....

    sorry mini pregnant rant

OH is expecting his first.. does that count? and he is $h!tting square blue bricks about it!

It is amusing that I am saying this is normal and that is usual for me etc..

Though I am VERY confused as to why my right foot has ballooned in the last few days and my left one hasn't!! How weird is that?!
