I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this but you said you think it was the Depo shot that made you put on weight... I know it's different for everyone, but if you have the chance in the future then get the implant - it's a tiny tube that gets injected into your arm and lasts 3 years. It's been great for me!

I know there's not much you can do about it now as the damage has been done but it's worth a thought... good luck!

Ah...I thought you'd dragged up an old post only to complain about spam...I did wonder why you did that. Sometimes they do remove spam if several people complain but really they should put something to show that's happened so people like me don't think people like you have gone mad :rotfl:
