My Dress Does Not Fit! Am Distraught And Need Advice xxx

Ha ha ha, well. The dress sounds amazing, i didnt feel comfortable asking the name in case she thought i'd shop around for it or something.

She was really sweet, asked how I was coping/feeling, BLESS. And am booked in to see it on Saturday!!!!!!!! Only downside is it is £699, but if it fits and is great then I owe Pickle a HUGE thankyou and favour!!!

Even if it's fab and a touch too big - you can get alterations done in time (I know you're probably scared off them for life but this shop should be able to do them for you, and do them well).

Have got to go to shop now LOL, will have to run, as have left it too late to walk - hee hee.

Arrr im glad. I hope you love it now. Shame about the price, but you could sell the dress you had made? I'd haggle a bit on Saturday aswell if you love it. They can only say no.

Bless ya, you are spot on, alterations will be fine, and that lady I saw today was great

As for alterationists (sorry thats all I can think to call them) I got stood up by one on Friday!!!!!! And another one was drunk!!!!!! Oh what fun lol xxx

If you can swing the money and do find an alternative dress, I would definitely go with that option. Although it's feasible to lose weight quickly it will be putting a big pressure on yourself at a stressful enough time. But if you don't find a new dress we'll all be here to encourage you on with the diet/exercise.

These are at Stanford Le Hope (10 mins from Lakeside) and they have over 100 dresses in their sale rail, and they stock up to size 34, may be worth a shout?
