Ladies im a smiling!
All sorted and i actually slept through last night god knows when the last time i managed that was ! Big thumbs up to the pillow hugging i had!
:)Re council> They actually apologised to me that the system had let me down and let it get to this, i thanked them for calling me in and clearly stated my point that the job centre had not done what they said they would and they smiled said " wish more people were like you" and its all sorted, i can keep paying it back at £10 a week but taken from my benefit payment im getting at moment!
:)Re Halifax! I was on the phone for 45 mins trying to sort this mess out thats been going on for nearly a year and im so so so sick of it im writing a letter of complaint today to explain how disgusted i am in how i have been treated. Anyway a nice lady finally came on the phone and as i had to go to council said she would call me back..... my word she did!!!!:eek: Its the first time in 3 months someone has actually called me back!!!
Anyway she has reversed the money back into my living account, she has put a 30 day hold on my overdraft account with no fees no interest and NO MORE transfers...She has also said i need to sort out a payment plan to get this o.d down which i have been asking for for months just fell on deaf ears, so says i need a middle man and therefore sending me some numbers out who i have to call and then we will do an expenditure form and agree a payment, she said " just offer a tenner a month"
So im waiting for that!
:)DD's first parents evening was amazing i was so proud of her, they all said how fantastic she is doing after a " do i dont i stay here everyone so brainier than me" the only thing she has to do is be that little bit more descriptive, they ALL said if she wrote as much as she orally spoke about the subjects in class she would be 2 years ahead in her actual work, As they all said this i think its told her just what she needs, she is still above average but the chance of so much more is there,,, i was a proud mummy!
So i think thats about all to report really, as usual for me ladies long winded but its so easy to ramble on lol,
I planted some seeds this week and some bulbs just got about 200 more to put in :rotfl: i saw on freebies board an offer and i couldnt resist so thats me with dirty fingers!
My one thing now is.... I have been sending money regularly over to my overdraft account to try and bring this down,,, but until its sorted should i now stop this and send my pads somewhere else where its interest etc and where i wont be sorting a payment plan out???

Glad everything has worked out ok :-)
I do free scratchcards on butlins bingo uk - you have to register but once you have your first 10p then you can withdraw the £10 sign up thing (or that's how it worked when I joined?) - just remember to always leave 10p in your account or you won't be able to do the daily scratchies and have to deposit again!0 -

That's fab HW :j Now guess you need to sit down and work out wisely what to do with the money to ensure it helps your situation. Is there enough there to clear a debt in full?? Can't remember what your debts are (sorry).
Hope you have a fabby day and it continues to be a happy one
