Oh.. I've been comparing scan pictures.. nothing better to do in this here squalor lol... anyway.. I have decided this baby looks nothing like my other 8 and looks decidedly like Oh given the shape of the head.. I didn't think it would be that different but it is very noticable when comparing.

Moomin got really confused today .. she said the baby willl think OH is its daddy.. I said OH IS the daddy.. so she asked if that meant he was her daddy too.. I said no your daddy is your daddy and OH is the baby's daddy.. so she asked if I was still her mummy then.. Oh to think like a 7 year old!! lol Anyway I hink we have finally clarified I am everybodys mummy, daddy is everybodies daddy but not the baby's and OH is the baby's daddy... so... whose grandma is grandma and will the baby come to daddy's with us when it is bigger. ????

DD1's friend doesn't like me any more because I said I couldn't cope with her coming round tonight after school.. I had my mother here all morning.. in her purple fleece pj's :eek:.. think Tinky Winky!! .. and it is just all a bit much..

GnB, awww really hope the brace 'loosen's around your LO, if not then I'd ask quite soon for adjustments to be made, Your LO does'nt want to run the risk of getting rubbed skin and sore bits. Sending 'brace be comfortable for GnB's LO' vibes with big squishy but very, very gentle hugs to you both. xxxx

Kazwookie, so sorry to hear that your having distress with the father of your god chld. Maybe let the dust settle a while and then write a letter to him, telling him that you are heartbroken as you dearly care for your god-child and take your responsibilities very seriously. Also that regardless of what has gone on between him and his ex-wife you have not colluded abd want your relationship as god-parent to be independent of their stuff. Good luck hun, don't be downheartened too much, you're not a quitter and there is more than one way to skin a cat. xxx

Good news re my Uni course, looks like its been sorted. I had notified them when I returned to work last year but someone forgot to reinstate me :eek:....I wondered why I hadn't heard anything from them.:o Anyway it appears that its sorted now.:D
Part of my new life plan.;)

can someone give me some advice please?

dd2's prom dress has a zip that is sticking - is there anything (pref oldstyle but you know...) i can put on it to ease it a bit? it sticks at the point where the skirt meets the bodice iyswim!

went to see Nanny McPhee today - really enjoyed it!

Guessing the zip is plastic not metal (I think lead pencil works on metal)

Pigpen, I thought DD was inquisitive......I have had questions lately too.........what is DSD to me.....step daughter...........who needs to have a baby for DD to have a sister..................then tonight she was asking DSD what was her BF to DD????????? She is very pleased to know she now has a brother!!!!(well BIL......but at 7 who cares about the IL!!!!!!!!)

Triker - unfortunately the brace needs to be really rigid and tight. I checked her skin when i took it off and there were no red bits which is good.

There is a red square.. about 3ft with an embroidered horse.. some 'bunting' in a vile yellow and a rather nice strip maybe 4ft long and 1ft deep with people and birds embroidered on.. but.. you can't have them because your house is as full of crap as mine is.. !!

And if I had cast iron pans you could have had them already because I couldn't lift them..

and my mother was offloaded with a box of eggs this morning.. lol..

I have candle sticks in need of a home and those hideous dragon things on the mantelpiece.. must get those on ebeast actually...

Furniture polish! .. but it is usually because the zip is not put in properly in which nothing will help.. she'lll just have to be careful getting naked!

Well, I have decluttered one application form and one supporting statement for a permanent vacancy at the place I'm currently working at as a temp.

I could do with serious vibes/spells/candle lighting/dark arts/light arts whatever floats your boat so that I actually get the job.
