I didn't have to go through the hassle of trying to book it at the desk 'cos I would have been told to 'ring up in the morning as we don't make appointments in advance only on the day
They drive you mad, they always say to me "Ring at 2pm" and I always say "I'll probably get the sack if I get caught on the phone while I'm teaching".
Tomorrow I have a busy day as am going out for coffee with local business women, it's a regular thing they do apparently. Am really nervous, but who knows what might happen as a result, so it's something I need to do.
Don't be nervous, you are fabuloso:T:T:T:T

    Morning All

Loads of things to do today as we are off to London tomorrow for a couple of days. DD's mattress is arriving between 8.30 and 10.30 so I need to stripp her bed in a min - I've already stripped DS's bed and that's in the WM. I still have loads of ironing to do and I don't know when that will get done.

Soappie - hope you get the job - I'm sure you'll walk it.

Anyway I'm going to do a HHC @ 8 if anyone wants to join me.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Morning all - lovely day promising here.

Toots - your wish list - England is 'abroad' surely? If you wanted to pour yourself on a train and come down here for a few days to walk on the sand and dip your toes in the sea, you're more than welcome hun xx Or even arrive on an internal flight - there's an airport close by that takes planes from Glasgow and possibly Edinburgh.

toots - I'd love to help with the garden makeover. I'm a bit far away to pop round, but if you can post a pic or two, I'll make a few suggestions! Any flylady gardeners nearer to toots????

It's grey here and looks like rain. I have to declutter DS1 to an interview, and wanted to go to the allotment after, but it doesn't look promising. I have two freecyclers booked today to pick up huge collections of gardening magazines - more space in the bedroom!

And do more planning. Of course.

I think I am beginning to exhaust myself with study but I don't want to stop. I have already reached 440 words of my 500 target today but am going to try and double this now, I want to have a day over the weekend that I can devote to OH and break away from my dissertation. The good news is I am now into 4000 words, slightly over a third of the way to the lower word limit and well over a quarter of the way to the upper limit. My study schedule is working, shame I didn't start it earlier!
