    Morning lovelies!

Gooooor it's Thursday already, where do the days go. Been busy doing up my house this past week or so, shattered! It's looking mighty fine though, new settees are both in and take up half my living room, they are obviously 'loungers' as we all lounge on them quite comfortably, I'm thinking of keeping the laminate that's in there at the mo instead of going back to carpet so dosh saved :money:

Was out on the town again last Saturday with OH (neh been out for years and now twice in the last month) got in at 3.45am :D we had wor dancing feet on what can I say. Sunday was spent up Newcastle with DD1 spending money on nice things for me :A

House is being kept on top of, going to the pics this avo after work to see Nanny McPhee with littley but hoping to do the entire downstairs afterwards, floors could do with a mop. I've already Mr Sheraton'ed the settees and they now smell divine.

Congrats pigpen x don't think I've said it yet

So glad I went back to the nursing home last night. My Nan passed away at 11.30. My sister and I were there together and we held her hands as she slipped away. My toxic Father decided to spend the day on the golf course and now can't get a flight because of the volcanic ash (rolls eyes).

What did someone say at the back?

Don't put off what you can do today.

Hugs mumto5 - pleased you were both there for your nan.

How is LO doing today GnB?

I'm off for brekkie with LadyL today to give her her birthday pressie and card (it's her birthday tomorrow).

Made a ricecrispie cake yesterday to try and declutter some of the Christmas and Easter chocolate given to me by the children. It didn't turn out that great though, as the chocolate heated too quickly and split, so it didn't cover the ricecrispies properly, so I melted 2 mars bars from the easter supply and covered the top to stick it all together. Trouble is, I managed to declutter quite a bit of it yesterday as I kept picking at all of the bits that weren't stuck together. lol Still, the shelves in the living room are looking less cluttered now.

Well done ajmoney - you've taken me right back to when I did my dissertation - the flyladies supported me through that too. Good luck with finishing it - you're doing really well.

Well I've been around the house getting all of the crockery to put in the DW, but that's about it this morning. Must do better this afternoon.

    sexymouse xx
