*mumble* been to work to work and worked until about 6:30. came home made my tea got cross with offspring (no change there) as DD hasn't made her bed - found time to crow on facebook about the new sofas and the fact that I have arrranged a SKY installation and we're having a bathroom refit. But no time to make her bed or shift carp *rollseyes*
Have left my glasses and pencil case at school and now I can't go back and get it because it will be dark and I cannot bear that building at night (it's Victorian, creaky and I spook easily) so I will be lost without my beautiful pens ...
(Only one letter different from pegs so there you go)
Cat litter tray in soak. Am now going to tidy LR as sofas are coming tomorrow...

    Tell him it's strawberry surprise.
If he probes, tell him it wouldn't be a surprise if you told him anything else.
If what you finally cook doesn't include strawberries and he queries it, tell him that's the surprise - there are no strawberries.
If you do cook something that includes strawberries, then tell him the surprise is that it does have strawberries in it.

Failing that, tell him fresh air pie and windy pudding...
If Mr LW asks whats for dins, I just look at him hard over the top of my spectacles and say "Experiment" in a sinister voice.:rotfl:

We've done a lot of cleaningand tidying this eveing, so off to find a list and see what I can delete :T

Didnt get a huge amount of flying done, just some laundry and dailies.

Took LO to get her new brace, is much more rigid than her old one and its quite uncomfortable:( She was nearly in tears when we walked to pay for the car parking which is really not like her. Hopefully it is just a case of getting used to it, she had her old one for about 2 years so i guess this one feels really different.
Her back is quite sensitive as she is really skinny so not much flesh covering the instrumentation and anything pressing/touching it gives her pain:( Will maybe give her some ibuprofen tomorrow before we go out to make her more comfortable.

Hugs to all those in need. x

Your relationship with your god child is between you, them and god. The child's parents can't do anything about it. Obviously when the child is young you can't see them if their parents don't want you to, but just make sure you are there for them when they are older. If the parents are behaving like that, the chances are they'll need you.

Been for a run... need to eat and shower... then do some work.

Thanks, bit of both really. Down the back on both sides of her back the are flat metal rods in the brace which weren't there before. Her back is a bit 'higgledy piggledy' - that is the technical term before anyone asks:rotfl:It is how the A&E doc put it when he saw her x-ray! So because it isn't normal there are some weird sticky out bits which are getting pressed by the brace.
