Thank you for the vibes. Meeting went well this morning. It was with someone I hadn't seen for about 3 years and it went v. well. She's even offered to be a reference for the job I'm applying for which is great!

Any idea when you'll get a chance to look through that stuff Greenbee?

    Right I'm off to fly...

    Still loads to do......

Having said that I actually feel that I'm starting to get my life in order - as I've only being doing this for 2 days I'm a tad concerned about how sad this is :o.

Why does flylady work when following my own lists doesn't?? I'm guessing it's the public crossing off - no-one sees my ticks in the diary (or lack of ticks!). Obviously goes without saying that the support on this thread counts for a lot too:T. Even more worrying is I keep thinking I hope clean microwave/inside bathroom cupboard/under bed is going to come up - I know they need done so why can't I just do them?! Think my problem is there's always so much needing done.....
    Making small changes everyday....

  • Manky-Veg Soup made, meal planned for tonight (using up left-overs, too :money:) and also for the rest of the week to Monday, so I can finalise my Mr.S order. Lunch decluttered, dishes done, DD has helped stir cooking food and yet, unbelievably, kitchen is still tidy and clean... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Off to do the floors to claim my star; but I think that the sitting room will have to wait till tomorrow: so much paperwork to do, and the sun has just come out, too, so I really ought to do a few jobs outside.

Back soon to claim the kitchen star, though.....

    Tuesday star please T:D:Dts

Piggers - am completely in awe of your room. You make me feel sooooo much better about my bedroom which is only 98% as bad.

13 boxes of books decluttered yesterday. Now to find somewhere to store the ones we're keeping whilst building work goes on :(.
