I must be losing it, I thought that said "knocking him back for sex" sorry :o

wm on again, fire lit, have ordered this http://www.tch.net/eclectic-cutlery-set.ir?cName=living-dining for dear friend/baby sitter/DD2s godmother to take to uni with her. Not very MSE but soo cute.

DH dispatched to town on errands, cards written to thank hosp (long story) and engagement card for dear lovely girl who was in my tutor group and is now 18.

Watching "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" with DD1, while DD2 spoils!!

DS2 in dire disgrace. Went out last night with some friends, and texted to say he was staying over with someone I don't know, he doesn't know, not happy. DD interceded on his behalf, but I am still exceedingly cross. He took advantage of the bathroom people being here to sneak past me this morning. I'm locking all his footwear in the boot of my car -possibly his phone, the playstation controller and wallet as well. Unless another cup of coffee mellows me.

That is soo inventive of you, and I will steal this idea for when mine are teenagers!

Pigpen so sorry to hear about your uncle, and what a sad story.

DD2 hasn't weed on anyone today, so am conisdering that flying!!

  • HHCx2 is over, and I've done the kitchen except for the floors. The clear-out of the fridge unearthed some veggies in dire need of cooking, and a bowl of chicken stock I made on Monday.... so it looks like chicken and veggie soup needs to happen pretty fast.

Will do that next, and then finish with the mopping (after I've used my very enthusiastic stick blender :D:D:D)

Good to be flying again - it's so much more purposeful this way.
