Valli personaly i would still go for the hammer job -its quite satisfying:rotfl: but yes if you can get NDN & trailer thats far better than the council:money:
yes BUT it will be (a) hard work and (b) messy!
So I am happy to have my friendly neighbourhood paramedic to do the job ... and he has just cut my lawn (well I call it a lawn) at the front! At this rate it WILL look like a bowling green!
I shall go and get on with somehting now!
    HH (something) anyone?

Valli I know i should clean the bin's myself but thats one job that just freaks me out. £7 for both bins i can live with every 3 months or so.

Im my hhc i booked bin clean, booked cat in for the vet for being neutered and microchipped, hung out a load of washing, stripped bed, put that in the washer and found out my mot isnt due till june so will book that next month. i also let the cat out into the garden (first time ever and have about 100 pics taken in a few mins)

all thats left is kitchen floors, making my bed, ironing and bringing in the washing thats on the line.

    In my HHC I've

    Cleared drainer
    Washed dishes
    Cleaned microwave
Thoroughly cleaned fridge - contents of which are now cluttering up my worksurfaces while the shelves, etc. dry.

I have unopened tubs of spread cheese 1 month out of date - should I chuck them or do you think they'll be okay.:o

Better put my stuff back in the fridge as my mate's just texted to say she's getting ready to go out now. We're taking the kids out for a walk and to the playground.

Hopefully it will be worth it in the long run.

I'd forgotten why I hated freegling stuff. Either no one wants things, or half the planet do. About 20 people want my paving slabs (maybe they could have one each!) but no one wants the pile of flints... I'll have to think about it and make a decision tomorrow. And the person who wants me to give them the dimensions can get lost :D

ETA - jue - you know the rules, do the sniff test on the cheese. If it seems OK but you're not sure, then cook with it.

Beautiful day here on the south coast. I'm going to fly a bit in the kitchen and then perhaps it's time to start pottering in the garden and get some seeds sown
