Pigpen quite the opposite-as if anyone had to say it out loud
LW did you have to? I haven’t been on the fit since I got my bfp and DH has been asking why not.
Notso your post about your coffee pot made me giggle (incidentally I cleaned mine too), my cousins family moved here from Zimbabwe in 2006 (for obvious reasons), they brought with them 3 tea pots that had been lovingly packed by the cookboy and nanny. I was visiting just after I arrived here in 2007 and went to put the tea pot in the DW. Big mistake! They hadn’t been washed since they were bought in 1990. The most they got was a swish under the tap.

I lost track of time too, but Ive only got to wipe down the fridge shelves (which are soaking) and the cupboard and then my list is done.

A friend has offered to and from take DS1 to cricket - so kind so I will get time to finish the ironing later.

    Afternoon all!,

    Monday ~ Kitchen/Dining area
    :j:jALL DONE:j:j

Have also finished the glossing in DD's room, just need to clean the carpet & wait for the new furniture now.
Valli - We requested a collection for our old suite from the council (possibly the same as yours?) a couple of years ago. It involved so much faff & expense we just sawed it up in the end & DH took it to the waste disposal site he passes on his way to work, a bit at a time.

    off for a cuppa now...

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Mumto5 well done to the motor for passing its MOT - what a relief - I am sure it did it its best because it wouldnt want to be consigned to the scrap heap either!!!:rotfl:
hex sorry to hear you wont have so much spare time again but hopefully its more paid work for you.:D maybe now is the time to get a rota of jobs worked out at home so that you are not doing everytnhing? especially the DSS who skipped off and left the smelly bin:eek:

decided to do the duvet while I can - it may not be 100% dry by the time I have to take it in but it will dry overnight. well pleased to have got everything washed up to date and dried outside.

ETA Vanilla cant you jump up and down on someone's head - if it was promised today then you should have it - get on the phone and create - be sure to tell them you have children and that being without a bathroom is not hygenic!!!! Tell them you are not prepared to wait another 2 weeks - if they want your business they had better get the finger out!
    Peace will be mine

25 minutes in I suddenly realised that maybe HHC was for extra jobs other than the ones on the list. Please tell me it isn't cos I got loads done:eek:
No, you do stuff from the list - I chose the "clean out a cupboard" task to join in with Polkadot. The thing is to feel a bit more inspired to get cleaning, if you know that someone else is doing it as well at that exact same time.

    Sorree:rotfl::rotfl:
I'm on a mission to lose 3 stone; the gym's not an option because I'm disabled, so whenever Piggers puts HHI anywhere on the list, I substitute HHWii. Mr LW does virtually all our ironing, because I can't lift the ironing board out, and he doesn't mind doing it, so it's a sensible substitute.:o
Btw, sorry if I'm being dense, but what does bfp mean?

Going to get the jolly old scooter out now and take Pip and Pandora for a wee trundle (yes, and a wee, too, I expect:D)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
