Binbag dance to go to charity shop! Or just general rehoming!


Thursday ~ Bathroom, Study and Stairs!

Check bath sealant/grout.. does it need replacing? If so either do it or arrange for it to be done

Do a mini-job you have been putting off forever.. an email or letter or whatever!
Make a start on a craft project you've been wanting to do for ages!

Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces!

Tidy/straighten a bookcase/shelf unit

Haven't caought up but have been flying today and even manage to do homemade pizza (and DD ate it :j :j) and made a nice cake too.

Question re the grouting. if it is something theat I plan on doing when I get the grouting stuff can I mark it of my list?
Hope to do the rest of the kids room at the weekend. Although they did tidy up today as I told them that nothing that was not decluttered was going to be sucked up by the hoover Never seen if get done so quick

Just popping in to say I am around honest, just been rather busy doing bits and bobs and out and about, plus I have also been sleeping a fair bit.

If anyone has FB you can see one of the reasons I have been missing - new hair colour been done by a friend of mine..

Hopefully no-one has been worried, you know me I pop up eventually, rather like a bad penny..lol.

Am off out to see Toxic tomorrow afternoon, but I am around in the morning so will catch up with the thread and everyone then. In the meantime "Hugs" and "love" to all..

Have been busy. Away for a few days for a wedding and stay in the carrievan, now have a french student to stay for 2 weeks (so have to keep up appearances with the house!!!) so am entertaining rather than spending time on here. Am thinking of you all but havent had time to read any posts so hope you are all well. She is here until next friday so wont be able to pop in much til after then so

WM is on, all washing is gathered up
Cat is fed twice!
Rubbish from kitchen bin is out, and it is soaking to clean it
DW is unpacked and all put away
Toast is decluttered
Just about to get sorted to go to Newbury.

Have a good day all, when I get back I'll start on the quite bits of my lists, (OH still will be sleeping)

It looks like another beautiful day here, so I will need to be strict with myself and not spend all of it outside.

Plan for today:

do dailies/4HHCs doing stuff from lists
go out to get new garden bench and other bits and pieces (must make list)
drop bags of at charity shop on way
plant heathers and check on plants/seeds
swap benches around/sweep
school work

Hi Flygang,

It's another weirdly quiet day in Surrey (can't get used to NO aeroplane noise) and we now seem to have ask falling through the atmosphere (bright sunny day is very autumn misty look).

Checked on FB and Frodders is hoping to get ferry & two coaches home taking around 24 hours - :eek: Seems the most sensible option as news reports suggest flights may not get going for some time.

Right list for today

1. HHI
2. WM x 3 or so
4. DW empty
5. use up mushy bananas - cake or muffins
6. Grab meals for today from freezer
7. PO & parcels pickup
8. Fling both boys out for a male bonding day (aka let me have a day to myself!)
9. Finish weeding back garden
10. The best bit - head to allotment. Split time digging over with trip to garden centre to spend my vouchers - return home very late I suspect!

It's garden day today, I have a builders yard currently residing in it, so OH's coming round to cut it all up and I'm gonna spend the day going back and forth to the dump, then I want to cut both front and back lawns- wrong word - grassy areas and have a general tidy up, I'm wanting plants in plant pots this year :j

I've got 3 loads of littleys clothes that need pegging out and another couple of loads to do today, plus dailies etc etc amen.

listy so I don't forget anything and to give me focus, I HAVE to do this today:-

take to dump
1 settee
2 mattresses
1 bed base
1 TV
1 mini-fridge
2 plaster board walls
hundreds of laminate boards (un-usable)
1 broken chair
1 internal door and surround
5 lengths of old skirting
few bags of miscellaeneous (sp?)
cut both grasses
sweep & general tidy

house

hang washing out
2 x WM
hoover through
make beds
sort tea

That should keep me quiete for a bit. I also have a broken fridge but stoopid greedy council want to charge me £35 to take it away, they can get lost. So will ponder what to do with it later. After all that I'm gonna have a shower, have tea and wait for Britains Got Talent to start yay!
