• Hi Christina - go to your transaction page, at the bottom of the list of things you can use to sort the results you'll see 'pending payment'

    Hi Christina, I had the same question a while back and AT kindly sorted me out see below;
Hi teapot, look in your 'recent transactions' display and look at the last option

'narrow search by status - pending'

    2. Narrow search: (optional)

Display all results (don't narrow search)

Narrow search by: Item TitleOrder IDListing IDSKUBuyer E-mail =

Narrow search by Transaction Type: Marketplace PaymentzShops PaymentAuction PaymentRefund

Narrow search by Status: Pending PaymentPayment ProcessedCompletedCanceled

Good luck with it - my pending didn't go through in the end and it would have been my best sale for a while :p

Not just me then - I was rattling away at 4 books per day also and it's tailed right off this last week or two, big whinge needed maybe? it works for everyone else, so....

  • I dont know why but I am at 20 since friday morning.
My mother is looking after my empire until tomorrow.

For any of you who knew about my luck at selling a £75 book, well royal mail have lost it!!!

The good thing is that I sent it special delivery. The office where it says it is being held say they haven't got it, and have no record of it. So it looks like I will have to put a claim in. Luckily I can give the buyer my copy, and hope he is happy.

I have spoken to my buyer and he is very understanding.

Nope - not just you or Annie! I had no sales on Thursday or Saturday - for me that is unheard of - except for Christmas Day and New Years day and 1 other day since I began to take this half seriously.

The only consolation is that when I have been selling it has been at the higher end of my price range. So, although numbers of sales have been low my takings have not gone down - more money less effort - long may it continue.

  • Can anyone tell me if its possable to claim from Royal Mail for a lost game without a certificate of postage?
It was £8 but only sent using first class (purchased online) from work as I can't get to a post office during the day.

I've also had a very slow week and a bit. 3 sales to post out tomorrow.

    Thanks for any help.
