Dont forget the links in the emails wont work after 30 days because Amazon will delete your old listing and description so you will have to start from scratch.0 -
Just to let you know that I've added snax's info about how a customer can remove the incorrect or unfair feedback that they've given you to post 2 so you'll know where to look if you ever need it0

Went to the library yesterday to see if they were selling any books off. Got a dozen Mills & Boon to list and 3 hardbacks. Only 10p each so bargain and I didn't have enough change so as the librarian was in a hurry and I only had £10 note she gave me the lot for the change I had
I find it really hard to guess which books might be worth getting, thought I was slowly improving but got a book on landmines which I thought would not have too many copies - 49 others listed used  Also bought another about the lives of diplomats - again thought it wouldn't be v popular and in fact they had a few copies listed - 206 used copies to be exact   so I don't think I'll be getting the other copies :rotfl: :rotfl:
As an afterthought picked a politics/current affairs book which I thought would have loads of listings but that one turned out to be out of print with no others listed so what do I know - not a lot it seems.
Still even if I have to wait years to sell them I've got the storage space and in the end they cost less than 10p each. Does make me wary though of more expensive books - I don't always have the opportunity to check out the ISBNs - sometimes its a case of having to buy it as I won't be back there for a few weeks and I have bought some real duffers.
Have sold 4 books in the last 3 days which is very good for me and comes after nearly a month with no sales. One was a craft type book, I've got a few listed but that's the first one I've sold. Am just pleased to be selling anything

I've just collected about 180 books from my auction wins yesterday. Most will just go straight to the charity shop but there have been a few fairly good ones so far, only just over a hundred still to check!

Two quibbles from me.
a) The charity shop ladies who price the books and dig their pencils in when writing so it is hard to erase the price! (bless them too of course)
b) Why, when you get a pending does it always seem to be a higher price book that you have had for eons and would really love to sell?
Today I sold a library book for a fiver and realised I could have charged more. If you take your eye off the ball, things can really change. The next one up was £13.69 - I am sure there were a good few around my price, so it is important to check your listings, if you have the time of course!:DGrocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

Many threads ago I'm sure someone had an answer to removing the indenting caused by charity shops' pencil pricing and pressing too hard - can't remember what it was though, so that isn't much help sorry!!
I bought some books at a car boot on Sunday, except we got rained off before I had really got going (I live in the North, it's bound to rain!!) Had a pending on one of them tonight - tempted to contact purchaser, but brain has gone - anyone got any good wordings to use please?
Have sold 3 books in the last 7 days, which is great for me - two LeapPad books as well, which have been listed for ages.... funny how they should both sell within the week... maybe it is to do with summer holidays!!AMAZON SELLERS CLUB member 0024 come and join us :hello: make some space and get hold of some cash, we're on the Ebay and other auctions, Car Boot and Jumble Sales Board0 -

don't kick yourself too hard larmy, the buyer might not have paid more than the fiver in any case.0 -
