What a bunch...It makes me sick.
I gave up smoking last year and haven't been bothered one iota by smoke from any source.Think yourselves lucky you're not avoiding suicide bombers in Bagdhad or car bombs in Ireland and shurrup moaning.

Wow, I'm really suprised at some of the comments that have been made!

I think my favourite one was about the obese person eating the pasty, and I think it's a fair comment, IF the said pasty eater force fed you a bit of the pasty too coz essentially that is what a smoker does if they smoke in the vicinity of someone else!

You have misread my post. I wouldn't have been in the vicinity of someone else, the situations I refer to isn't one where I'm lighting up right next to someone puffing smoke on them and they object. No arguement with that. My point is the number of times I have positioned myself away from joe public, standing still and they walk up the street (pedestrianised so not like they have to actually come remotely close) and shout something as they walk past to inform me that I am killing myself or such like (or was, as I am an ex-smoker). There is no smoke being blown onto or even near them, it is not affecting them so no, it is no different to the obese person eating a cholesterol packed pasty comparison, it would be frowned upon to walk past them and shout 'oi fatty lay off the pastry or you'll have a heart attack' or 'hope you get heart disease' but not 'put the fag out you'll kill yourself' or 'hope you get lung cancer'. Just as vile a thing to say and shouldn't be ok, especially when you're far enough away and actually walking past a person standing still that the smoke is not even slightly in your vicinity. Now reading that can you honestly tell me that you think it's acceptable behaviour?

Not every single smoker stands outside a supermarket just to annoy non smokers,
the OP should approach supermarket and ask them to move the ashtrays. Simples

Good for the supermarket to supply them in the first place, rather than dog ends all over the floor.

Now all we need to do is remove the gob!!!!! that swear at their kids in public, ban fat people, chavs, women with tatts, council flats, people on benefits, size zero bints, armchair critics who know nothing, perverts, cars, bicycles.......[insert other problems that are associated with being lower class]

ooo don't forget us in wheelchairs and BB, who obviously don't deserve it... the benefits we steal, cause we are too lazy to work

  • I wonder if these people who drop their 'butts' on the floor would be just as happy to throw say a, chocolate bar wrapper, or a drink can on the floor when they've finished using it.

    oh.... I hate littering too.

    :o

    They probably would and do.
