I used the "Contact us" link on the Sun booking website, got a reply within a day.

The latest Sun offer has just started and I haven't received a priority booking code by post or email either, sadly!

I just noticed however, that the last promotion I was sent both an online and postal code - with different numbers - would one of these work do you think?

but it is worth it, you will still be getting the break for less than 50% of what it would cost thru butlins themselves, and the difference between butlins and the rest is most definetly night and day, and before i get accused of something, we do the sun holidays every year twice, and go to different parks each time, and we have a great time wherever we go, but managed to get butlins last year, and after working at minehead for 10 years and not really knowing what all the fuss is about with butlins, once you have stayed as a guest you certainly know
