    Another question - my invoice arrived and the site are trying to charge us for 4 entertainment passes. I called them up and they said as we're with the sun we HAVE to buy 4 entertainment passes even though there's only two of us?? I can't remember reading this anywhere. Are they trying it on?

    you have to pay for 4 people for the holiday but you don't have to pay for 4 passes. is it haven? they should take some of the passes off the bill if you ask. You don't need passes at all if that's your choice, but certainly you shouldn't be paying for more people than are going on holiday.

    emailed the sun again and got the same computer generated message saying that refrence numbers are sent out randomly and there is nothing that they can manually do what did you ask them in the email as i just keep getting the computer generated msg, so still looking out for a priority ref if anyone has one or if anyone has used the spring but not the summer then the ref should still work again thanks

    You could quite easily take ALL the passes off to save yourself some money and try to blag it when you get there that you paid for two when you paid for your services charges. Don't forget to take off the Linen and take your own with you. I never trust their laundry.....

    We're staying at Hendra in Newquay. Phoned them twice now to query the passes but they're insisting I need to buy four :( I'm going to have to pay it! Grrr

    Definately taking my own linen! :)

    Try saying you had a priority code for the £9.50 holidays earlier in the year and didnt use it, can you have a new code to use for the £15 holidays ;)

    It worked for me, I did actually have one I didnt use, but they sent me another one (different code) so they can generate them.

    I'd say its worth a try, they can only say no...

    The one we didnt use was in my OH's name and I asked for one in my name to my email address, so cant think how they would check up on it because I didnt tell them the old code so I may as well have made it up...
