Silly student
I always travel as a twosome and never have I had to pay for 4 passes before for only two people, they are trying it on,looking at the FAQs on sun page it says:
The 'Service' charge, where applicable (includes gas & electric) is compulsory. Entertainment passes and bed linen are optional. All information regarding supplement charges are detailed against each individual park in the newspaper.
All supplement charges must be paid directly to the park.
Please note that if supplement charges are not paid on time (the date specified on the confirmation from the park), the holiday may be cancelled by the park operator. There are no refunds in this instance.
IHow much do they ask for passes, I would say you did't want them and then if you do get two added a couple of days before or even when you get there. Allyou are obliged to pay is the service charge.0 -

Hi, thanks for your reply
I have just called them to query it AGAIN (third time now!) and they are insisting I have to pay for 4. They are only charging £17 for the four passes but still
I asked if i could buy them on arrival and they said yes but it will then cost £4.50 per day! So I told her to leave them on the invoice and now i've just paid.0 -

I could really do with one if you have it going spare.
Never recieved mine this year (like many others) and have tried emailing the sun for a replacement , but no joy.
I have collected all the paper tokens aswel incase i wasnt able to book online, but as the deadlines tomorrow, I dont think my paper application will make it in on time, so am still trying to contact the sun with the hope they might let me book online tonight, fingers crossed....would really help out if any good soul has a priority code which they arent using and could donate, sorry if its being cheeky! :A0 -
Hi guys, just to update,
The sun have contacted me but not sent a priority replacement.
Instead they have advised me to send a postal order and paper form by 26th may. Am worried wont get my choice of dates or parks but you gotta do what you gotta do i suppose lol. Again, I would like to plea/beg unmercifully to the good people of m.s.e forums for a spare priority if anyone has one, but at least I know all is not lost if I have to do the snail mail trail.0 -
Also, if anyone else is in the same position as me and does not have there priority code, do not fear not all is lost.
A couple of years ago I sent in the paper form, but was missing some of the tokens printed in the paper - instead i wrote in the codes for the missing tokens and they booked my holiday without a problem. The only thing is, you may not get the parks/dates you wanted, but if your happy to compromise you can still have an excellent value holiday
wanted to ask aswel,
has anyone been to holiday resort unity,

have only been to brean sands before and that was years ago so may have changed. Anyone got the lowdown?0 -
Just thought id mention aswel, was tempted to choose butlins minehead but was shocked as the additional charges were astronomical nearly doubling the price of the holiday!0
