And its hello from me....:hello:
...and its Good Night from me!
No news on the baby front ( DD is due today) but all is good with Blood Pressure and position etc......her, not me:p
...its my Birthday on Saturday, perhaps she'll do it then? fridge full of fizz waiting.
:D stay wonky
:D
....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !0 -
I don't think there is anything wrong with getting oints etc from your Dad Ames - I paid £80 for her 18th Birthday dress (but £60 for her shoes!!!) and paid for her party! I just think £250 is excessive for a dress for anything (except her wedding!!) - but she goes to a grammer school and most of her friend's parents are well off so it is nothing to them - she spends all of her pay on going out and clothes (probably around £450 a month!) and has no savings for uni - she has seen me struggle and work hard to live and pay pff debt but it obviously hasn't sunk in at all!0

Oh I have no intention on buying it! But she has said her Dad is paying for it! (he doesn't live with us) - the problem I have is that it is just expected that she doesn't need to pay anything towards it! The whole event is so expensive!!! I think the tickets are over £50 and then she is talking about hotel rooms and hair do's and nails etc etc not mention a limo to get her there! Is this the norm these days? whet happened to signing your shirt hand having a party at someones house? (god I sound old!!!)0
