Thats fab Luc - how did you get on with the allotment?
BB there is no point going back into a job that you hated just for the money - I guess it would have been nice to have some stability - I don't know how you manage with the juggling heads thing that you do! But many heads that you quite like has to be better than one that isn't comfortable IYSWIM!

Thanks Luc-that helps..my daughter ran behind me and was laughing at my gait, apparently I run like duck!! Are there any chains of running shops that do this check? I know there aren't any local to me but would be willing to travel...I certainly do have problems in the leg/ankle/foot dept though as I had an MRI last year and have 1 leg shorter than the other, and foot not "on leg straight"....

I do not run prettily either....have photos to prove it!

Elfen - some cola (not diet though) with some sugar in to take the fizz out - and even warmed up a little is fab - and has most of the ingredients of rehydration medicine - it might make you feel a little better x

BB - take Cruella out of the situation. Did you enjoy your job without her.

When I look back to when I was made 'redundant' the job I had then was the happiest I had ever been. I have had numerous jobs since then and with each one something seemed to be missing. I have since realised that fear of putting my head above the parapet was half of the problem, for fear of it getting shot off. I just played it safe. It seems to me that you are playing it safe at the moment and you are not stretched at all.

Take salary out the equation, no one ever made a lot of money out of doing a job they didn't like. I would just look for a job you 'want' to do....

How was it for you Sammy?

He went through my form this afternoon where I had admitted depression - one period, relatively mild 2 years ago. He said 'Was that due to work?' to which I replied 'No, having a crap father'. Sometimes I think I am too straight talking!
