Polly thats good, hate to think of anyone using the forums on here to dish out bad advice. I think a lot of people forget why we're all here sometimes. Mind you its the same on a lot of forums, esp parents ones. A lot of people of very high horses :P

Same as me Gibbs - I had my DMP congrats through my inbox and 1st payment went out of my new bank account as well. Have you had any phone calls yet? I had HSBC yesterday and they were polite enough when I mentioned the DMP. I gave them my ID and they wanted an income/expenditure sheet which PayPlan have probably sent them.

    Good Luck!

WooHoo!! HSBC just phoned, I was a bit distracted by the sending off at Man Utd (Spurs fan here:)) so just kept saying "DMP PayPlan" to everything, I think she got the message that she wasn't getting anywhere with me. Interesting bit of info though she says I have (must be had by now) excellent credit rating and wondered why I needed to do a DMP and wouldn't I rather deal with their finance department? Actually no I wouldn't, because if the rest of my electrical equipment stays healthy I will have more money for me per month, than I did before.:T

21 key to the door

Certainly worth staying away from some threads:eek:

Did the womans voice sound a bit strange like it was automated? :rotfl:
She said the same to me about coming to their finance dept but i made it quite clear and politely that I am with PayPlan. I have to phone PP tomorrow as they need some more info.

Yeah I saw the sending off (I'm a Swansea City fan) :j

really late post but I have been snowed under by emails today...it's been a good day for us home educators :jbut thats not for this forum LOL!!!

I've got to get back on track with this DMP, paperwork to return to Next and La redoute to verbally abuse:mad:...Easter hols have sidetracked me. Last week in the snow storm I disconnected the truecall as the electric was flickering on and off (some folk were cut off for days!!) and I didn't want it going off then coming back on in the middle of the night and announcing itself (it talks) Anyway, I haven't bothered to put it back on yet and no-one has called:rotfl:

Sun is shining for the moment. Off out to work. Gibbs/Jeddy, HBOS were similar with us, about how we had a great record with them and how come we suddenly couldn't pay..........I pointed out a few home truths mentioned huge interest rates, hikes month on month, etc, nothing wrong with a good rant and maybe they'll think twice before they try that one again. Then there was their really switched on collegue, who asked why I could afford to be in the BNP if I couldn't pay my credit card!!!!!!!!!!!! You couldn't make some of it up.
