they are taking the pee if you have already provided this information.
personally i would send a polite but forceful email listing out the information you have already sent them with the dates this was sent.
point out this information should already be in the file and that if they are properly investigating your complaint they would know this. if you have copies either post them or scan and attach to the e-mail pointing out this is the second time they have now recieved this information.
explain how dissopointed you are their resposes after previously supplying this information.
give them 7 days then go to the FOS. i think they have had plent of time to sort this out now.
there will be a time delay between refering this to the FOS and them acting upon it so this would still give time to sort prior to their intervention.
good luck, and keep at themI'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free0 -
Thanks again robbedofmymoney. I did not think it would come to this but they have passed it to so many people and upheld it once and now they MAY (may not as well!!) change their minds. Its just annoyingrobbedofmymoney wrote: »they are taking the pee if you have already provided this information.

i must admit,
they do seem to be being very awkward, still, i'm sure it will be a nice tidy sum back in the end.

Are their offices anywhere near to you. Sometimes face to face can work well. Did you get this insurance independently or was a broker involved. Just trying to think of other ways to give them a kick up the bum.:mad:0 -
Post been and gone and nothing.0

It is all right they going through the Policies with a fine tooth comb now, cheeky bleeders, if they had done that in the first place you would not have been in that position.
Hope something comes from FSA Marshallka.
MIL now tested positive for MRSA hospital acquired:(.
Cardiff Pinnacle did you say their name was?:mad:0 -
Blimey MRSA:eek:. Hope they have given her the correct antibiotics then. My hubby had it and is fine if that is anything to go by. He was poorly though when he got it.It is all right they going through the Policies with a fine tooth comb now, cheeky bleeders, if they had done that in the first place you would not have been in that position.

Yeah, hopefully this will not have to go to FOS but there is a chance. I thought that the post would have bought some news today but they are obviously not the company I "THOUGHT" they were. In fact going by how they have handled this complaint up to yet they are actually one of the worst.0 -
Should hear from Cardif Pinnacle today hopefully as their "OTHER" 10 days are up. If I do not hear today then I shall be downloading the FOS complaints form. They really have had enough time now.
I shall also be watching out for posts about them on this site (and others) and giving my view!!!!
EDIT
Have just re read their letter of 20th May and it states a reply and final response within 10 WORKING days which is friday this week. They are the pits.
Are 8 weeks (that the FSA state) WORKING days!!!)
18th March 2010 is when we first emailed. That is 11 weeks to answer a complaint. Ridiculous.0 -
Fingers crossed Marshallka. I do not think they are working days otherwise they would put days and not weeks as far as I am aware.. Who knows how it will be interpreted.:mad:0
